One thing i find interesting about Lil darkie, is that there are 2 types of "anti censorship" people, there are people who want to say slurs and be bad people without repercussions, often right winged people, who don't actually want free speech, they just want everything they say to be okay, and then censor other voices, like those of marginalized groups, or left wing political ideologies. Which an unfortunate number of people who listen to darkie fall under. Then there are the people actually like Darkie, who fall pretty far left in the political spectrum, and use charged language as a counter culture statement, without being hateful. Like how Darkie uses the n word, and its not my place, as a white person, to have an opinion on whether he can use it while being Indian and not African or African American, thats for the black community to decide. And Darkie says the F-slur, but he's openly gay, and the word has become more and more acceptable when used by gay and queer individuals in a non-hateful way. And then there's how he uses the R-slur, which is the only place where I openly dislike his use of the word, given that the way he uses it could easily be seen as derogatory towards neurodivergent individuals, or individuals with disabilities. But thats a discussion that can and should be had, and his speech shouldn't necessarily be censored, especially because if we censor what words people can say, we won't challenge *why* some words are bad and others aren't, and we won't have open discussion about it, which is a bad thing.

What the British and French achieved in 100 years with enormous slavery, Germans did in 40 years with hard work. Yes the Germans had colonies but unlike the British and French the Germans invested in these colonies because they were a base to protect our trade. Which was absolutely unthinkable at the time as everyone else in Africa was just letting hell loose. You can also look at the comparison between the British Empire and the German Empire in terms of economy. We were almost on par with the British even though we didn't even had nearly as many colonies. In addition, the British colonies contributed much more to their economy than Great Britain itself. For us it was exactly the opposite... Germany contributed 70% of the economy. The German Empire was truly an absolute high. From 1871 to 1923, the Germans were also responsible for *90* percent of ALL scientific and medical advances in the world with incredible inventions like the car, motorcycle, camera, etc. Before the British started World War I because they were jealous of us, it was actually the best 40 years ever here in Germany. Of course, based on today's technology, less so, but for the time... Absolutely unbelievable. At this time the first health insurance company was even introduced here in Germany by Otto von Bismarck. They still don't exist in the US today. Furthermore, German workers under Wilhelm II were the best paid workers in Europe. I Love that you know so much history!
