Hello there, first time viewer of this channel after getting back into Madeline and was not disappointed watching this! The most funny parts here were the rollercoaster story, the off the rails section about Beano and the creepy pedo bear (had no idea that thing existed, or was aware, but didn't know that was a real comic character) and the part where Eastern Europe doesn't exists and telling Ukraine to "F*** yourself". XD Since I watched the series as a kid, I'll give out some stuff that you were asking about the series. Miss Clavel was never a nun in the books or cartoons; just a teacher at a boarding school for girls. Though the 1998 film makes her as a nun due to the outfit. Madeline being an orphan was only in the 1998 film. The books and cartoon state that her parents are alive, though the cartoon later states that the parents are dead (either a retcon or they died later in the cartoon). As for the part where you say that Miss Clavel hates Madeline that it's treated as a Dennis UK thing, its not true. Miss Clavel is treated mainly similar to Sir Tophat Hatt/Fat Controller where she's a stern figure, but treats the children well and only talks down to them when they cause trouble. The only time where Miss Clavel somewhat hates Madeline was in the film "My Fair Madeline", but that was because nobody believed that Madeline wasn't the thief and was sent to some girls class in London.

I might be the world's biggest expert on this game. Had it in the 90s and not a hell of a lot else. Made a remake of it so I had to dig up as much media as I could find and analyse the game in as much detail as I could. I'd give you some tips but errr I imagine youre over it >=D

you forgot your obfuscate ability. having been to the Winchester Mystery House, i can say that only one room gave me the heebie-jeebs, and it wasn't any of the oddball constructions (stairs to nowhere, windows through floors). it was a room she had placed seven fireplaces into and a strangely shaped fountain. in my opinion, the lady was into ritualistic magic of some kind. fyi, the Rosicrucian society has a large complex nearby with some Egyptian tomb reconstructions. i suspect this is no coincidence.

your playthrough is zany as hell, but you missed the side quests that would allow you to upgrade some of those skills (like, you fail to feed because of brawl skill, i believe). poke around a bit more everywhere you go. there's stuff to do to get goods and money and points.

hate to say this, but Malkavian as a first (virginal first?) playthrough is possibly....not recommended. you have no idea what your own character will be saying to others and get frequent spoilers from your insight skill. but anyway, have fun!

After three days of tweaking I finally managed to run this game and it only works smoothly on Windows 7 32bit (on Vmware Workstation) ?! It doesn't work under any circumstances (and utility combinations) on the systems it was made for, which is ridiculous!

I wouldn't think that anyone would be playing this in 2023! Can't seem to get it to work - did you use any guides or have any tips? My first Windows was 95, and I really did like ME instead of 98!
