Can I relink a key fob that isn't a factory Acura fob ? When I hold the 2 buttons down I get no light

on my Honda Accord CU1 (European equivalent of Acura TSX), pressing the lock and unlock button at the same time on the key does nothing

I got a 2012 acura tl and my fob is keyless just remote slot push button to start... but I cant lock or unlock my doors with the fob remote(got new battery and all)...what can I do to program it

Yoo Victor what if ypur Key hole is stripped but you still can access the vehicle with remote? What if the alarm alerts after getting out of car with key?
