WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | Making healthier choices | Weight loss journey
Hi guys…
A few weeks ago I shared a video about the beginning of my glow up journey - a journey of taking better care of my overall health, now that I am in my 40s.
After all the long weekends we have had - which are always coupled with some degree of bad eating - I am ready to swing back into my plan!
In today’s video I share the meals I enjoy on a typical day. I am currently eating 3 meals a day (with an afternoon snack whenever necessary). I am also currently eating all food groups.
I am just choosing healthier options & am more conscious of the nutriotional value of what I consume.
