Bruh. It’s called use that basic training smartness you got and use your brain and JUST GET A FAMILY CARE PLAN.
thanks however Family care plans aren’t necessary for all situations.
I'm a 92G a cook my reenlistment window open up, I want to reclass my goal is to become a chaplain but in the same time I need to change my mos to something else I was thinking about chaplain assistant or a 68j.
I would highly recommend chaplain assistant. It’s a very rewarding job. but 68J is very transferable to the civilian world if you ever want to leave the service. If you have a 110 GT don’t limit yourself do research and see what MOS has openings.
@@Tailored4Service I’m looking at those options as well as 68G which one is best and why? If you don’t mind me asking
@balancingwithbrydgette I will create a video/ short specifically answer this. Tune in and subscribe.
@@Tailored4Service thank you
Tell me more about
About?
What an average day like? I just enlisted for this job! Also what are the hours and can u rank up pretty fast in this mos?
Average day depends on your unit. Hospital and clinic have set hours and you work out on your own but other type of units are from 0630 in the morning for PT, 0930 am for staring work and 1130-1300 or 1200-1330 for lunch back to work after lunch until mission complete. Hospitals don’t deploy but other units will. Going to the field just means training and you will sleep outside in tents for a week or longer. 68J order, inventory, store and maintain class 8(Medical supplies). You will order for departments in the hospital/ clinic or whatever battalions are within your Brigade. Look the functions of a BMSO. Career progression is about how much you want it. Start early..get a head start on promotion and you will thank yourself later.
This makes me feel better about sighing that 11x contract
This advice sucks
Thank you for your support
Nice
Pog
yea you really want to go into board by the book entirely. you will get another go at it boss.
what's the day in life like? is it similar to 92y? how often do you get deploy or go to the field?
It’s almost similar the difference is the class of supply that I work with 92y aren’t responsible for it and 92y work specifically with the command team of a company. Deployments are the same because we share the same units however only 68J can work in hospitals/clinics etc. but 92y can not.
okay thanks for the reply.also does it be multiple 68j in a companyor can be stand alone like supply?@@Tailored4Service
Field Hospital and BMSO with have more than one, if you work for Brigade or clinic you have a chance to be stand alone.
Did you fo ALC yet or know anyone? I'm about to go
@father6371 i know people that have went
Make military shorts and add your flavor to it. 👍
what your first duty station? I picked Korea. Also doing 68 series.
Fort Cavazos was mine
What are weekends like for AIT at sam houston for 68 series?
What’s kind of 68 are you?
@@Tailored4Servicesame question but for 68W?
@@Tailored4Service 68Golf
68w weekend can improve once you are allowed to have more privileges on and off post. Same for 68G. Remember the longer the AIT the more privileges you will receive.
68 delta going to AIT in fort sam may
Good choice! make the most of your time in service make the army work for you.
Going in may as well for 68w
@@anasarfiiimy basic is fort sill 68w
All 68 series with be at Fort Sill and then Fort Sam Houston
yessss
Wow they got picked up from the airport and was still light out? Must be nice we waiting for hours in Atlanta and got picked up in the middle of the night for a 3 hour bus ride to Fort Benning. We didn't get to sleep for like almost 48 hours after getting to 30th AG.
Do you work on weekends my brother?
No weekend required
They had it nice… Our Drill Sergeant yelled at us soon as he put 1 foot on the bus. Never forget it… “You maggots are mine for the next 10 weeks! Now get the fuck of my bus!!!”
Yeah they will never get to experience that shark attack unfortunately.
Here's some starbucks and a chocolate croissant for the ride. We also have a bell boy to carry your bags to the bus.
😂
Ft Jackson 😂😂😂 good ole relaxing Jackson. Pretty good food though
Never had the pleasure of being stationed there but seems like a relaxing spot
@@Tailored4Service I was there, fort Leonard wood, and Bragg. All we're not to bad. I wanted to go to Oklahoma but got out before I could get out that way.
I Was at Fort sill for Basic and loved every minute of it. Nothing like an old school smoke session from your Drill Sergeant’s
Making the military weak asf
Good luck 🤞
Thank you
You got this
Definitely needed to hear this! Married w/ 4 older kids. Husbands also a vet and I’m looking to join in the coming months. Really appreciate your channel!
Happy I could be of service to you. Stay positive and do what you feel is best for yourself and your family no matter what.
I think you do it better 🙂🙂guy in mask
What's with da banNnaan
That's so great 😂😂😂
Hell yeah this was fire, better than the multicam crap they got goin on now
Absolutely
I only have 40 days left in the U.S. Army IRR.
I’m prior service Air Force. How will my AIT be compared to normal soldiers?
Depends on Military occupation and what AIT you attend. Most if not all 68 series will go to Fort Sam Houston. But Fort Lee, Virginia and Fort Leonard wood MO have AIT as well.
@@Tailored4Service yea okay sounds great I’m gonna go into something medical not whiskey though I was thinking maybe medical logistics or patient administrative specialist
I’ve been medical logistics for quite sometime now if I was to give you any advice it would be to lean towards patient administration but also take your time to research every 68 series job that is made available to you. There is dental, physical therapy, occupational health etc.
@@Tailored4Service great sounds good. would you recommend your job for someone who just wants to have a more laid back job
Yes I would. But your unit will definitely determine how laid back your day to day actually is
