I have found Radio Edit Auto to be the best place in the US to buy from and get customer support. Mitch is a local business owner like me and is very personable. I have his website in the description of the video.

If you buy from Mitch he is local it ships our pretty fast if you buy from Aucar it does take awhile as it's coming from overseas. If you buy from either of those 2 the customer support is top not with a group chat as well with other owners.

Apps can be loaded from the App Store and placed on your Home Screen very much the same way as any other Android device.

It was in Saukville WI near Milwaukee. I just looked it up and it seems it closed last month….

Just the normal Bluetooth latency. I’ll have a video out next month on how to fix it.

The Radio is a Uniden UM435 I think. The boat is currently in storage so I can't check to sure. The antenna and base are Shakespeare. Stainless base and 3' VHF stainless antenna. Hope this helps.

Try going into settings on the new heard unit and making sure Bluetooth is turned on. Then connect the head unit the same way you would connect phone to your truck.

Removed the stock muffler, valve, and resonators. Borla ATAK and quad tips. I have full install videos and part numbers on my channel if it helps.

The unit has wireless CarPlay. No need to plug your phone in. I do recommend doing any manufacture updates as this will improve the CarPlay response time. You will still retain your stock GM screen and can use CarPlay there as you normally do.

For Apple Car Play specifically, apps are loaded on your phone or device and then they will project on your screen. If you want to load apps into the Android 15.6 screen, then use the Android app store. Hope this helps.

That is easier said than done. It would be a lot simpler to install a fuse tap to one of your fuse boxes in the cab to supply power to you accessories.

The fender mounts are made by Lund, but discontinued for an updated design. They still pop up on eBay and Amazon every now and then. You’re the first person to ask about the switch, thank you. I do have another wiring video coming up in Jan, but it’ll be about networking Humminbird units and hard wiring them in.

I just found some, they are really expensive!!! I just got a 2024 crossover and have yet to hook up any electronics yet. I was thinking about a light bar on that accessory switch. I've got a lot to learn and get figured out. Appreciate your videos, they've been helpful!

Hi - you can either keep your phone paired to your truck like you have today. The 15.6” screen is also going to pair to your truck like a phone. You’ll have to decided which device is first and second to connect. Or you can unpair to your truck and pair just to the new 15.6. Again the 15.5 will be paired to your truck. I’ve tried it both ways. Right now I have my phone paired to the truck. Still seeing which I like more, but texting is easier that way.

@@1024m3I can in the stock truck screens. But in any other screens I just see the phone number of who’s calling. There are some software updates that I have bit tries yet.

There is also their version of Apple Car Play. That will work just like your built in Car Play, calls, text, etc. It's a little slow loading in, but there is a software update that is supposed to fix that. Like I showed in the video, you'll either have Car Play or the On Star Wi-Fi at one time

Just a few sprays for each letter. Been on for 3 seasons now with no issues.

Each fuse position is an independent circuit. Measured in Amps (A) not Volts (V). Just use a fuse rating for your LEDs and whatever gauge wire you are using.

Hi There - Glad you enjoyed the video. The fuse position and use of the circuit will be a bit different from a Ford to a Chevy. Sounds like the install is correct, just need to find a different fuse position that will give you the desired effects. You really have 2 options, Use a DVOM to check circuits in the fuse box to find a position that works for you, or simply use some trial and error to find one. If you do that you could also check Google to find what position is an ignition on only fuse. Hope this helps.

@@tommysgreatoutdoors I did find the fuse for the drl's thats on all the time while vehicle is running so thats what I tapped into. I can turn all the lights off using the inside knob that turns everything off except the newly installed leds. I can turn off the drl's, turn off the headlights and the fog lights just won't turn off the new lights. I can live with that but it woulda been nice to have the option to turn all the light off when I want. I don't think I have any other fuses that I can use to allow me to turn them off with out adding a switch. Can you get your leds to turn off with the truck running ?

@ mine operate the same way. I guess I never needed to turn them off. I usually run with the DRLs on.
