Great video, I use Bescot for a lot of my training spotting and travel great to see where some of the paths go as I’ve been reluctant to explore
Very good video! As a local person to this area, it's nice to see where some of the pathways go that I've not (yet) explored.
Good on you for taking on the Ludlow challenge! Doesn't look like a PB course 😅 Beautiful scenery though 👍 Looking forward to seeing what the new camera can do.
Ludlow was tough but, so rewarding. It’s definitely a course I will return to in the winter when it’s s bit cooler. New camera seems ok, it’s been on charge all day - I’ve just got to work out how to set it to record at 4K
Excellent running 👍 I'd say that your current alcohol intake is quite reasonable, especially compared to what you used to drink. Obviously less tends to be better but everyone i know who goes to football has a drink 😅
Thanks for the advice. Glad you enjoyed the running
Nice video, fellow parkrun videographer! :) Loved your background music, how do you do it avoiding a copyright strike? On energy drinks, my partner was addicted as well, up to a couple a day. She managed to get off using ‘natural energy drinks’ instead for a few weeks/months. The kind of vitamin water they give for free in cans after races. Now she does not use either
Thankyou for your comment. Avoiding the copyright is more through luck than judgement. I identify the track i want to use & then google search for a free download. Most of these will list if they have a copyright attached. However, like on this video, I actually expected a strike from the chariots of fire section. However i was pleasantly surprised when i got a "no impact" mark. Ive never done any races other than Parkrun (not a race), can you suggest vitamin water brands to try?
@@lathama My partner used Tenzing Natural Energy
@@ingoruns Thanks
Well done! loving the videos.
Thanks. Glad you are enjoying the content. All my videos are divided up into playlists. I hope you enjoy looking back through my catalogue
Not sold out like at nantporth im guessing
Only main stand was open
Looks like Typhoons 🌀
10:22 3/7. I was here yesterday, your weather was better than ours. We had 759 Southern Yeo as our motive power. We continued onto Barmouth by the little ferry.
The ferry was running the day I went. However having driven to Fairbourne, it seemed counterproductive to get the ferry
@@lathama we did it that way so we could walk across the bridge to Morfa Maddwach and catch the train back to Llwyngwril where we are staying.
Li, terally just what I have been thinking about for a few weeks :-) I lived around the corner 603 Old Lode Lane . until 1972 :-) Went to Ulverly at 8 , Solihull School @ 11 :-) Father Ross was the Chaplin ? At the church . This was our 'go' to place as kids , long before the ice rink :-) Or BMX . Just your regular road going bike . There were several challenges around the moat , saw some on the video :-) What I also saw is bike tracks in the mud . Some youth can leave the phone at home :-) get it wrong , rather fall in the mud than hit a tree :-) Had an oak in our back area that was about 450 years old . Solihull was first , Brum did not exist . St Mary at St Catherine ( yes , her on the wheel ) had a school in 996 , Solihull school roots go back only 500 + years . Would hate to see the place randomly ' dug up ' , we have 'ground radar' now . That is a serious moat ,First with all our new gear , then just on man power . trees and nature are taking it back . We have the moat as evidence , was there anything inside ? Cannot scrape the surface after 1100 years ? who lived there and how ? still bugs me :-) will see what it will cost to find out :-)
Glad you enjoyed your visit to Yeovil Railway Centre, great video especially showing our ongoing signalling project
Thanks for watching
those firemen have a clean burn on there, Lovely
Hi, the sound level has been very low on your last few videos, thought you would like to know, I saw you at Newtown, I enjoy your vlogs
I am aware. Not sure why. There is only 1 microphone hole on the unit so it seems to depend on angle & wind. Sadly I don’t know until I get to editing Thanks for watching
Excellent video, I wasn't aware of this route - very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
there is a footpath that avoids the tight winding section that takes you along the road up in the trees meaning you avoid the road. there is a way to do that walk without walking the road at all.
Shock thinking of cake!!!
Needed motivation 🤣
Uphill starts are just cruel 😂😂
Love that the natures sounds come through so clearly.
Great putt on the downhill green and and also a good bunker shot, enjoy the game mate and keep grinding. Here to follow your progress, good luck with it.
Nice Parkrun video. Thinking of doing Severn valley Parkrun, so this video helped. Recently started Park running again. First one back was at Redditch Arrow valley and that’s a lovely one round the lake. Happy running 😊 Georgie
WoW! That’s Incredibly Awesome!
A nice adventure and looks like a beautiful course. Great video!
Keep it up mate! Great video
I think if you go with a smoother takeway and focus on extending your arms and hands out towards your target on the follow through than you’ll see some great results. Keep swinging! Loved watching
Ah the centre of the universe SGB. Great video Al 👍
It was your comment to me ages ago about that exact thing that inspired me to make this video
Unexpected and so beautiful. Joe Sub and bell 👍
Nice one Big Al. Great park run. 🏃👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Was that this morning?
Yes
Fab video Alex
Nice
Excellent video. Was great to meet a fellow groundhopper. All the best for the rest of the season.
Thanks, you too! It was lovely to meet you both!
Looks like such a fun course. Love running round a track.
You cross a railway line at Chasewater parkrun
After not running at Dudley for a few months, the hill looks massive
Think I played there almost 30 years ago for Westfields in the Banks's West Midlands Premier League
Thanks for this Alex - we're heading there this morning
Hope you enjoy it!
Well done, Al! This course reminds me of the one at Pavilion Gardens 😊
You'll find a lot people who didnt know about the inaugral turned up for #2 after finding out about it after it happened. So the real test is the attendence on event #3! Looks like you will have to go back again next week. Oh well.... looks nice enough so i wouldnt worry about it ;)
Sadly I already have plans to go elsewhere next weekend. Twice consecutively to an event is enough for me
Great vlog 👍
Where next for the Last 16 are you choosing? Hallam v Lincoln Utd or Stourport Swifts v Worcester City 🤔🤔
Not sure yet, going to see what happens weather wise and make a decision closer to the weekend
@@lathama there's a possibility they'll make the Stourport Worcester one all ticket 🎟 as it will attract a big crowd with them only 10 miles apart , I support Worcester and we'll probably take 800 to a thousand there.
It would have been way easier to get off the train at Sutton Coldfield instead of Wylde Green.
Great Video mate. Cool chap at the end ;)
Nice video will defo visit here!
Fabulous Little place and well worth a visit! Good vid Al
Love shedding light on our great club! UTFS 🟠🟠🟠🟠
Cheers for catching my save - smethwick goalkeeper
Good Video pal. Bargain bit of football that!
Brilliant work Alex. 🧡
Merry Christmas Alex, see you soon. Did you catch the train from Wolverhampton?
I did yes. I live around 2 miles from the station so start all my journeys from there
Mega Traction to the Park Run there Al 😎
