We need a new coaching staff.

Looking at the past seasons and what is going on now with the Bear all points at the ownership and upper management . The Coaches all need to be replaced . Caleb Williams needs a good quarterback coach to work directly with him . Ryan Poles needs to wake up and make the changes NOW ! If he doesn't know how to do it then move on and get someone that does .

Bears tried for 3 years with Fields. CW has had 8 games without oline protection and wise playcalling. These Sacks could injure him. Why invest in a generational potential QB if there's no support? Jayden plays with protection and elite OC. Very unfair to everyone especially CW.

1.) Bad pass protection/offensive line hasn’t really played well all season or playing musical chairs with injuries 2.) Play calling/schemes are haphazard and Caleb doesn’t look comfortable still with everything they’re asking him to do 3.) Due to OLine issues, watch the All-22. He’s not setting up his feet on the deep throws and just relying on his upper body and arm. The one he missed to Moore in London, that was a TD if connected. I feel that he’s being too rushed or timing is still off with WR’s Only time will tell if he gets his passing rhythm back, but it’s been inconsistent so far into his rookie season. The coaching/OLine may hold him back this year though in terms of his development. I thought things would change under Poles, but the biggest mistake was sticking with a DC as the HC, instead of bringing in an offensive minded HC that could grow with Williams. Right now, it’s a mess. Same ole Bears.

We can’t expect Caleb to have consistent good plays when his OLine is never consistent. There’s only so much he can do. Waldron needs to stop being dumb and cook more plays for Kmet and Moore. Keenan moves slow and shouldn’t be getting more throws than Kmet tbh

Bears should do a hurry up offense scheme at least in the second quarter to throw off the cardinals defense especially when the bears can see how the cardinals defense will line up. However Caleb needs to be on his A game and stay shotgun with the run options always there

Caleb was NEVER an elite deep ball passer. At USC, 9/10 times he was chucking it up & his WRs made plays vs horrific Pac 12 defenses. This is who he always has been so I'm not shocked one bit. Folks just were enamored with the hero ball highlights
