This was the first time I saw FZ. I continued to see him t every time he was in NYC until he stopped touring. I got to know him and many members of the different bands who played with him and I miss him to this day 😂😢😅

I'd say Zappa was primarily a composer but I also love his guitar playing. If you wanr to hear a good example listen to Watermelon in easter hay on the Joe's Garage album.

I don't think there's any deeper meaning or allegory in Stinkfoot. It's just comedy. The music is great as always and the solos vary widely from show to show. I prefer the "official" Stinkfoot solo to this early one. Frank was a music genius, no question and the band were amazingly skilled professionals.
