The earthly powers have been blinding, binding, anchoring societies with constant layering of "clothing". I agree with you. We ought to strip down. Humility, modesty, empathy.
Yes we should., both in our mental and in the way that we live. Keep it simple has great applications for our lives
Excellent point. It's always frustrating to see individuals being placed into leadership roles, on either a managerial or supervisory level but lack - the experience of the job, experience at the position or real world experience to have empathy toward the different personalities they are in charge of. Going back to the 90's, where I had my first experience at leadership training, meeting goals was the only objective in the corporate world. There was never a budget for mentoring. Sadly, that has overlapped into today's corporate culture and may take a millennial mindset, which could be frustrating to a board of directors who are in their 60's. Not everyone has the great fortune of Mark Zuckerberg and other Silicone Valley millionaires. Your vision of leadership is on point.
