Thanks for the advice bro. I recorded this video to prove I can do pull ups as per a post I made on reddit. Sadly I happened to make the post the day I got sick. I will keep this in mind tho.
The last couple were pretty shit but I can definitely "perfectly" clean on a bar where I dont need to bend my legs.. Here I was just aiming to straighten my arms after every rep.
You do not train when you are sick. It can do a double payback.
