Thanks for your video. The spread pattern coming off the spinners is irregular and I wonder why they designed it to be that way. What is the rated capacity of that hopper as it looks to be small in comparison to the tractor rig-?
Hi, this is Jordan, the operator of the tractor and drone. If you're referring to the shot in the time stamp 1:45, I believe that was probably do to a chunk of sawd stuck in the distributer. Also, I was only applying at 1 Ton to the acr that day, so the distribution is gonna look lighter in some places. Whenever it spreads light in places, I always do my best to go back over that spot and cover it again.

No mention of Ashland Railway?
Don't think the Ashland Railway has their own unit trains but could move CSX unit trains to and from Willard, or maybe CSX has trackage rights over the ASRY? I've also seen a unit train of Wheeling & Lake Erie covered hoppers on Google maps at the this location and they don't mention of the WE either.
CSX has trackage rights from Bucyrus to Wooster on the Fort Wayne line. My question was referring to the fact that Ashland also has access to the elevator and does take cars to Willard.

I had my CDL for about a year now, I just got my tanker plus hazmat and doubles/triples endorsement. I currently work for FedEx, but I would love switch to a tanker job because it's more money.

Is the entire container filled or just to the top of the bulkhead? What moisture content does the grain need to be to be loaded without issues of mold during shipping overseas? Does it need to be treated with a mold inhibitor? Thanks!

Can you get by with one regulator at tank(PSI to inches of water 11.5)
Yes, you can.
No, the first stage regulator is used at the tank, takes it from tank pressure to 10psi, then goes to second stage regulator that is set between 11-14 inches of WC. Using 1 low pressure regulator for a whole house would not give you enough supply.
Seville Birdhouse is awesome! Can you imagine putting out that amount of seed with only 20 employees?! Amazing! 28 million lbs on 2 production lines!

My calf won't drink her electrolytes like that... she has scours but is still active and bright eyed. Tried putting it in her bottle, but won't suck on it because it's not milk... any advice on how to get her to drink it?
What brand of electrolytes are you using? If you are using the Land O Lakes electrolytes try squirting some into her mouth to see if once she tastes it she likes it Make sure the mixing rate is right, 1 scoop onto 2 qts of water (for Land O Lakes electrolytes) at 110 degrees. Make sure it’s the correct temperature calves don’t like cold electrolytes
