I love the outdoors and enjoy this kind of warmhearted melodic family music from the 70s. I hope you enjoy it too! I took a few scouting shots in Hocking Hills, Ohio, to try out some picture style settings with the Technicolor Cinestyle preset for Canon DSLRs. This is an overview and scenic look at 5 of Ohio's areas designated as "America's Byways" or "National Scenic Byways". The byways in order as shown on the video are; Lake Erie Coastal Ohio Trail, Ohio & Erie Canalway, Amish Country Byway, Historic National Road and Ohio River Scenic Byway. The video is presented in a Cinemascope 2.35 to 1 aspect ratio.
Oregon's Volcanic Legacy All American Road

This was a tourism video meant for kiosk display that I shot and put together in 1999 working as Pacific Visual Arts. It shows off some of Southern Oregon's scenic landscapes along the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway. Narration was done by Oregon State Representative Bill Garrard, whom I think did a fantastic job and has a wonderful documentary voice for nature and scenic work.

Beautiful Solar Eclipse in Ohio

My daughter and I were looking forward to traveling down south to Nashville to see the eclipse in it's totality. However, we decided to stay in Ohio and watch the partial eclipse here at home. I am glad we did because the cloud cover added a great deal of beauty. I hope you enjoy this video I made of the highlights I recorded.

I love all 3 movies. I think the first one was the first movie I ever saw in a theater. I wish they'd release the trilogy in a special edition DVD boxed set (and blu-ray, HD, etc.). This would have the three movies on separate discs, with special features including trailers, making of documentaries, cast interviews, reunion, soundtrack on cd, and maybe more. I know this sounds like a pipe dream, but I'm sure the fans would love it.
