Some fast flight in Drift mode (which is very fun). At the end, my battery failsafe kicks in, which causes the quad to go into auto land......RIGHT as I am turning hard by a light pole!

    I saw you comment on another vid about casting distance (the host said he usually catches his fish within 15 ft from shore). Since he said that, I did not want to comment on that video and start a debate. I shore fish, and I am successful at it (check out my vids). I CAN cast around the 50 yard mark when I need to and when using the right equipment. I finally had a buddy who wanted to measure my casts because he was so impressed with the distance. He measured the furthest one at 52 yards. Simply put, EVERYTHING goes into casting distance. Take one thing away, and you knock off some footage from your casts. Here's what I was using with my buddy: A Spinning reel...I don't care what anyone says, when all things are equal, a spinning reel goes further than a baitcaster. I use baitcasters when I am not casting for distance. A longer stiffer rod...I was using a 7' Falcon Jason Christie rod that day. Thinner line...I only use braided line now (except for finesse fishing, I will use flourocarbon, but I will never use mono again). I've compared different brands of braid and I've found that Power Pro is one of the thinnest when compared to the same # test line of other brands. That day I was using Power Pro Original 10 lb braid. Finally, the lure. Some lures tumble as they are thrown, others do not. The ones that tumble do not go as far. I love using chatterbaits. I have used Zman for years until I tried the Strike King Rage Blades. They fly like a javelin. I used 3/8 oz that day but I just yesterday picked up a couple of 1/2 oz. That should get me a little further. Keep in mind that I was really launching these things for distance since my buddy was measuring. On a normal cast, I can easily get 40+ yards. Anyway, sorry for writing you a book. Good luck.

    What is the wieght of the gauge you used?

    • @haqthat
      @haqthat 10 років тому

      It was small gauge wire. Slightly thicker than pencil lead. I would imagine anything would work, even heavy test fishing line.

    Love hunting! Really getting into bowhunting. I like the idea of bear hunting, it looks really fun. I just can't get over the "death moan" though. Too much.

    The lights are just cheap christmas lights bought from Menards or Lowes. The fabric was purchased at JoAnne's Fabric, could also check Michael's or any craft/fabric store.

    It was a small gauge wire ran through eyelets (like you would find on a porch swing) that were screwed into the cement. The wire ran the circumference of the room.

    brother, I thought you were just observing the bear. I am deeply saddened to see the fate of the bear. Bears are important in my spiritual beliefs like every other animal. We humans need to respect the cycle of life and be part of it.

    We ended up having to wait until it melted. They did end up closing off a section of the street because the storm sewers couldn't keep up with everything melting (as well as the water main break up the street). They didn't end up removing any of it even though they had different people from the city come down to check it out. I don't think they even knew where to start.

  • @haqthat
    @haqthat 17 років тому

    It totally looks like you'd be able to move your cars when their FROZEN in 8 inches of ice. Also, there is nowhere else to park on this street if you here, parking on the street is your only option.
