Learning to Draw Landscapes with Convex Lines
Переглядів 34Місяць тому
Convex lines are, in my opinion, the hidden key to drawing natural forms and landscapes. Convex curves, those outward shapes, are everywhere in nature-whether it’s the roundness of hills, the bulge of rocks, or the natural curves of tree trunks. By using t...

Hiya! Here's a video of how I paint a simple sunset sky, mainly using the Add Grain Brush and Gouache A Go Go Brush from Kyles Brushes for Adobe. It's just a simple sunset but using this technique helps to create a sky that feels hand-made, full of texture, and not overly digital. I hope you like the video and find it useful. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarify...

Ahh this was so helpful!! What brush do you use on procreate? And do you use a lot of diff brushes or just a few/one? I always have issues deciding which brush to use (I always think im choosing the 'wrong one' because my painting doesn't have a clean edge like i want it to, and like yours do!)
