      Thanks for sharing your feedback. This specific recipe was created for a target population that requires low-cost & very convenient meals. I understand that this type of recipe isn't for everyone, though. What exactly do you not enjoy about this recipe?

      Unfortunately the exact recipe is unavailable, but as a chef you are fully capable of adjusting the quantities of each ingredient based on your taste & budget preferences! I'm much of an "eye-baller" when it comes to measuring. 😂

      These can probably be frozen for up to 3-4 months, but since I did not actually test the flavor & texture after 1 month, I didn't want to guarantee they would still be good later on. :)

      I would start with 1 teaspoon and taste test. If you want more flavor, continue to add another 1/2 teaspoon at a time.

    Do you have a list of the amount of oils and seasonings that you used?

      Here's a general guideline to the recipe ingredients, but adjust the quantities however you see fit for your preference. :) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 8 ounces button or baby portabella mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed & sliced 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon salt

    Im ashamed of how I massacre my onions and garlic 😔. Those are very sharp knives as well 🤔. As for the hearty soup. I vision mine with bolder tomato and old bay taste with shrimp , lump crab and diced beef. But im just a Baltimoron😉.       Thanks for your feedback. I try to make all my recipes modifiable to fit any diet. This video was recorded for a specific audience recommended to reduce saturated fat intake, although I understand that is not a necessity for everyone. Feel free to enjoy which ever yogurt type you prefer! :)
