Girl I had wrist surgery on both hands as well from removing a tumor on my right ear this year. getting old sucks many say is a privilege but to me it sucks and yes time is flying and I wonder where my life is heading I refuse to give up and I won’t give up one must stay focus but I understand and relate but being happy is hard when life is passing by with all the hard times and thoughts and aging etc.. But one thing doll it won’t break me real talk I will stand and proceed to live my life for as long as I’m alive. stay focus,stay true as you always have been and aging isn’t that bad you look GREAT let’s embrace it together much love and blessings going your way…BTW I’m in my 50’s and I walk with it hand and hand..💯😘🙏

Yeah, getting old sucks.. I hurt my arm back in May slinging trash bags, the symptoms match up with tennis elbow which can take up to a year to heal 😭 I had wanted to start some light weightlifting but with my arm like this I can't 😭

I haven't started exercising yet and I really need to but so far just the cutting of the calories has been helping me lose .5 to 1 lb per week, I just hate eating so little😂😂😂but I'm probably going to have to keep this up for the rest of my life😢

The struggle is real! I’m in my early 40’s and losing weight is damn near impossible. I eat pretty healthy even when I’m not trying to. And if I want to lose, I have to work out 6 days a week for an hour a day , minimum, eat like a bird, and MAYBE I lose 15 lbs in about 6 months. So I’m feeling you on this. And not being able to do certain things anymore is daunting.

I want to get down to 150 to 160 I’m 5.7 som8 think that will be a good weight for me without being to skinny. Right now I’m 194 and I wear a size 12 but they have to be stretch jeans in regular no stretch jeans I’m probably more a 14. Well if you don’t care saying what size you wear can you let me know and how tall you are and weight if you don’t mind. I’ll completely understand if you don’t want to put your weight on the internet. Other UA-camrs I’ve asked wouldn’t tell me 😂 ado I understand if you don’t want to tell me 😂 weight and size is very personal and some ppl just don’t want to tell other ppl.
