You rinse it under cold water, dry off excess and let dry overnight. It should be cleaned every month. My floors get so dirty I sometimes have to wash the filter every week. The clean filter light on screen should have come on when it detects the filter is dirty.

I am the same size (9/39) and also have the similar foot issues! I just ordered the hangisi flats in blue, but I went up to a 40 to give me flexibility to wear with stockings/socks. I'm praying they well when they arrive!

Hello. Love the Gucci loafers :) In your experience are they comfortable for prolonged wear, like an entire workday? Do they cause sweaty feet if worn without socks?

Did you make any naturally sweetened treats with maple syrup, dates, coconut sugar, etc.? Or you have only relied on fruits for that sweet tooth?

I just quit coffee, sugar and flour (of all kinds except occasional legume flour) 3 days ago. I'm going for forever on this. Already the changes are amazing-lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, much calmer and less anxiety. Not sleeping super great yet without valerian and skullcap tinctures, but I know it takes time to normalize after quitting these, especially all at once. I can feel my brain and metabolism struggling to rebalance after literally a lifetime of snacking on these ad libitum. I'm looking forward to a year of being off of these. I know it's going to be amazing. Thanks for sharing your story!

You should wash by filling with water from inside so water washes dirt of the outside so you don't push dirt into the fabric🤐 fabric

I quit bread about a year ago and lost all cravings for carbs and sugar.

I bought my V11 in November and I could not believe the dirt that was caked and filling the filter. I don't even use it that much as I have a Roomba I use for the living room. I think QVC sold me a used machine! There is no way I could have filled that filter up using it once or twice a month. I didn't see any filter change light on the display. I remember now that the box was damaged so it must have been a return. Don't buy a vacuum from QVC!
