Firstly did you ‘meet up’ with the Normandy during the last phase? If you did and it didn’t appear, try warping off somewhere else and coming back to reset. That happened to me

@@EthorVan I could have sworn I did. Even so, wouldn't the frigate reward be grayed out if it was something I couldn't claim at the quicksilver guy?

@@awestronaut I did meet up with the Normandy and it appeared. Heck I was able to use it in the expedition mode.

Yes, there's a tutorial when you start the game that you have to follow in order to understand the mechanics. With your problem in particular you can recharge your Exosuit with the proper resources so for instance, life support system is recharged with oxygen that you find in some plants and your environmental shield is recharged with sodium. Once you fix your scanner is easier to find these resources with the quick scan button. Hope it helps and you find out how the rest of the game works, once you understand and put in practice what you are learning it get easier and easier. Safe travels!

Hope you give a chance for this game as it’s really rewarding. If the weather gets too crazy, use your multitool to dig a hole and wait out the storm. If low on health, harvest oxygen o2 those red shrubs. It’ll help you survive longer. Carbon (usually from trees) will charge your multitool. Keep on going to get airborne and happy exploring!

@ I did. Use platinum for the growth and nothing in the middle or right side. Save before hand. I’ve seen some ugly creatures.

Were you fishing in a dissonant planet? It’s those worlds with the purplish adlantium crystals and fishing at night yields better results

Agreed it’s not ideal at all pointing me to all sorts for structures but the one that matter. I got 2 maps from the space station and even then 1 of them was a dud before I found the ‘right’ structure

Nevermind. You cant count on the visor, it'll lead you to a dud. Fly my ship low until I saw a red icon and worked killed them with my ships cannons.

Nice! At least you could see where you fly. First time I arrived I couldn’t find land. Next attempt, visibility was so bad I had to go on foot. Good for you for completing this one!

Yes take out the engines so it doesn’t get away when you hurt it further. Then take out the guns large cannons so can’t shoot the civvy ship. When you take out the lat gun, it will be defeated. No need to hit the shield generators in the trenches

if by "stuff" you mean "runaway mold" then my advice is to refine it into nanites instead of selling it. Cheers :)

Don’t sell them… put them in a refiner and put comes nanites that you can use to purchase valuable upgrade. Remember where you found them as they respawn and you can repeat!

@@TheIntestinal Some of junk items also turn into nanites when you refine them multiple times. First they turn into something else, then they turn into runaway mold and then they turn into nanites. If person decides to do that. If person decides its worth of time doing it.

During fights near my capital ship, one of my frigates came over to support and deployed starships. That moment was so awesome!

Thanks for watching! I started back when it was first launched and it was a bit of a mess. With all the updates, esp. recent ones the game is now awesome and it's a great time for you to jump in.
