Wow fain fain
Fain sa ieși din ceață :)
50 km/h?
Hi! Yes, the speed limit in the tunnel is 50 km/h. It's quite narrow the tunnel and at the end is a curve :) with 80 or more there's chance of flying 😂
Cool 😮
Hallo wie ghets robert?
Hallo, es geht 😅.
nice nice !! keep going!

Nice to see a bike being used the way it should. Good work👍
Hi Christophe, thank you for the remark! Nice too see that you appreciate it. 😉
It looks like... un parcours pour le cyclisme geriatrique 🤔
😂
Actually, according to a law in Germany, you have to leave at least a distance of 2m outside a town/villiage and of 1.5m inside a town/village. So many of those cars are actually getting TOO CLOSE according to the law...
@@btudrus I didn't know about this law. I usually speak about how I feel about the ride and that's relative. I rode my bike couple of years ago in Romania(I'm from there) and I saw many close cars, overtook by trucks that were driving with 80+ and with less than one meter distance... So, for me, if I Have more than one meter space and you are slowing down, its awesome.
Sorry, I’m spoiled with all these nature shots while riding in the forest and a bear jumps out at the rider! Still waiting…………🐻 🐅 ????
1 - There are no bears, lions, tigers in the region I ride. 2 - the camera man is always alive (or just camera?) I'll put a title for you to know if there's a bear coming, until then, you can watch relaxed 😉👍
Thank you. Do you use an extra padded seat? That’s a lot of rocks on your trail?!
@@BostonIce37 I don't use extra padding. The only thing I did was to lower the pressure from tyres. Only doing that changed a lot in comfort. I also go out of the saddle if it's too bad the road. Usually a road bike shouldn't be on these roads, but I don't care. I just enjoy the challenge 👍
These off road terrains look amazing and challenging 😮
Yes, for a road bike it's a little bit challenging on some parts. But what I can say is that I enjoyed it a lot. It was just amazing.
A road bike in off road! 👀

Road Bikes are the best ❤️
Sweet video man! What kind of bike are you riding?
Hi there, it's a Scott addict 20 2018. Thank you! I'm working on a new video, choose gravel road route and did it with the road bike. It was sick :)) mud, stones, trails, off-road managed to do all of these on a road bike! Stay tuned 😉
Yes, I know from past experience that German roads are much busier than the roads in Switzerland, where it is of course quieter.
It wasn't the busiest part of Germany, but I liked the way German drivers did overtake.
It’s not like that in Switzerland? I hope to cycle in CH next year
It is like that in Switzerland but I thought that here in Germany is dangerous because of higher speed limit and narrow roads. The drivers do care about cyclists... At least in this small area where I rode the bike.
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg "dangerous because of higher speed limit" A BS. Lower speed limits make sense inside a town/villiage. But outside these do not make people drive better. On the contrary. Lower speed limits make people bad drivers. You have to concentrate on HOW you are ACTUALLY driving not on some stupid number....
@@btudrus are you talking from experience? Why do you think that 80 km/h instead of 100km/h makes people drive bad? I just wonder...
😌
Great 👏
That was scary, it doesn't look like this, but it was :)
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg Sure it is
Very nice with that water and in the woods, but sometimes it goes too fast for me, you can cycle quite fast, when I cycle it is at a normal pace, for me this speed is no longer necessary, also because I am a bit older. but still a very nice video.
Hi, thanks. Sometimes I would like to take time to enjoy more the roads, but I have family and don't want to take too much time on riding my bike. Usually they take a nap and I do some routes in this time. One hour of sleep for my family means one hour of ride for me :). I don't have so much time. Try to modify the speed of the video :).
I really like commute in dark time, because of traffic here in day time is hectic, Just the Dark Roads and me 😂
:)) I'm so early on the road that I'm almost alone. So I prefer light over dark :).
Mine chain also make some wierd noises during rain, next monsoon season i will try Wax on my chain 😅
If you don't forget, let me know about your experience, once you did the switch :)
Perfect 💯
:) do you ride a bike too?
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg Yess, I just started from last month got my new hybrid bike, successfully completed 100 km 😊
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg Well I can say that your video give me motivation to get outside and work out, I am loving cycling so much, All thanks to you ❤
How much distance ??
I'm right at the border, so I could do this I'm 10 minutes or one hour, it depends. Here it was the short version, on one side is Liechtenstein and over the river is Switzerland. You can see the flags :)
Unstoppable 💪
Man what a balance on bike 🔥
Car drivers behind you don’t think you’re clever 😂
The guy was on his phone. I had to turn once around, and I saw him He didn't realize what I was doing :) here was the short version, but I had to balance for around one minute.
Silca, recommends 10 mins in 75 degs C for there wax
Optimize recommends 90. I saw a lot of videos from silca. Unfortunately I bought wax from Optimize. The next what I would like to buy is that from Silca, I would like to test it Aswell. What I don't like at this one from Optimize is the color. But it does what it should, so I'm happy with it.
😮
I thought rim brakes don't brake 😜
That was a good remark! 😅👍
Yes, you really reached a high speed here, I can imagine that it gives you a kick to have such a speed on the bike.
Jup, the descent it's fun, but I still enjoy more the ascent :)
Hi everyone, I'm sorry for the problem with the mic. Unfortunately I can't fix that. Please increase the volume on your device and I'll pay more attention on audio in the future. Sorry
Fix your mic
Hi Tan, I'm sorry for that. I'll pay attention in the future. Right now I can't fix the problem. If you have any questions, let me know.
Great ride! Super speed! I think I would have fallen or been hit by a car hahaha😂
I wasn't far away from that :). I was testing some positions on the dropbars. If you replay, you may see that at that point I was with one hand on drop and one on the top of the dropbars :) It wasn't a good Idea. It didn't look dangerous, but it was a little bit :)
Ahh yes I noticed that now. 😮
Can't hear you
Sorry for that. I'll improve the sound in the future. Do you have a question?
yes, it is, but it should be hot waxed and the chain should be cleaned before that. they all work by having a special kitchen for working on the chain, but there is also a simpler way to heat the chain on the bike with an induction heater and then wax/clean it at the same time, 6 minutes for one wax pass
Do you have a link for this approach? I do not have a special kitchen, I do the work in the office beside my pc. It's a taste thing.
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg Hot waxing the chain offers lower friction and lasts longer. The way you do it is totally fine, I do it like that aswell. But I think for the lowest possible friction , oil is still the best lubricant. But I am not a competitive cyclist, so cold wax is the way to go.
Look at the zero friction channel. Wax is the top for low frictions. If it has the lowest friction means that it is also faster and last longer. That's the theory, from my experience I couldn't get more than 4500 km with a waxed chain. I ride in all conditions, all seasons, all type of roads...
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg I know about that guy, he doesn't edit the video, he just talks, never less than half an hour, a properly maintained chain on wax should last at least 6x longer than on oil, if you use wax without additives, then you need to re-wax every 100km
@@makantahi3731 It may be, that I do something wrong. I did not manage to use a waxed chain longer than 4500 km. I change the chain at 0.75
you're very quiet
Hi there, thank you for the feedback! I'll improve this in the future. If you have any questions, please let me know. Are you already waxing the chain or is something you plan/think to do?
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg i'm still too lazy to try it even though i know it isn't a big deal. i bought a thermostat for heating the wax (w3001, cheap and supposed to be okay) and tried wiring it up but it wasn't turning on right so i either have to fix that or buy a second one and go from there. i have food grade paraffin that's supposed to melt at 62 ˚C and plan to put about 2% by weight 1.6 micron polytetrafluorethylene (ptfe) in it and have 4 chains in rotation on old 10 speed ultegra, and i'd also like to wax the folding bike's chain as that is the one that gets ridden in regular clothes the most. i don't like the idea of boutique brand waxes sold for 500% or worse markup even though i know they're marginally better. 2 kilos of the simple wax i bought cost me 12 euros. we'll see how terrible it is
I did that too, I started as you want to do. So, you're not loosing nothing at all if we're talking about hot wax. Just make sure that you degrease the chain 100%. It's crucial for the wax to stick to the chain. I'll recommend to you one bottle of squirt wax for the wet rides. If you have a week with rain, you have to wax the chain often. That's a minus for wax, but you don't have dirty chain and no need for special degrease process. If you're happy with oil... No need to worry about wax. Do whatever it's OK for you. 😉
When I recommended the Squirt wax, I was refering to liquid wax. Having liquid wax helps you with the interval between hot waxing. From My experience, I could go with hot wax plus ptfe as you would like to do around 300 km. The problem is when you have a wet ride right after waxing. That means you have to dry realy well the chain and hope you did it 100% otherwise the chain will rust. Having liquid wax helps you a lot. You dry the chan, and apply the liquid wax. You're safe. If you use liquid wax you need to wait two hours after applying to let the water evaporate. It sounds like a lot, but in my videos you can see, that the process is quite easy once you know what to do :D
it was a tough climb, but the view was definitely worth it
Jup, and the climb worth it too. Doing more of these helps me to improve. 3 years I wouldn't manage to do 1000 elevation in one go 🙂

most of the content is in English, it is useful to learn it
Do u plan on doing mtb video going off road or some trails or u prefer riding road?
I would like going with the mtb off-road. The problem is the time. I usually start my rides at 05:00 AM and try to ride as much until my children are awake. Going mtb at this time alone it's dangerous. I like technical trails. I may say that mountain-biking it's more special for me, but it's easier riding road.
Looks absolutely beautiful up there! If only it was less bumpy this would be an amazing ride.
This was the single bumpy part. Like 5 max 10 km from 100 km ride. I enjoyed this part too! Thank you!
you have so much beauty and so many places to ride, i hope i can visit switzerland at least once
Thanks. Don't forget to enjoy your places too 😉
wow, the views are amazing
You have a chance to see them in real time. Think about it, plan it and it may be possible 😉

this was a good cycling ride
Yes, you saw already the other parts too. This was the beginning of the long hard ride.
nice
Thank you. I'm glad you like the videos. I see you active everywhere 😉 thanks
How did this end? Did you feel ok riding on the MTB trail? Looks extremely bumpy!
Hi, it doesn't feel ok obviously but it was ok for short distance. I had 90 km of good road and had to take this trail and other strange paths to reach my goal. Here is the place where I was intending to go ua-cam.com/video/aB6-YGJNX_A/v-deo.htmlsi=ubIGgan-VFrZJnJC you can see in this video how the end of the ride went. 😉
By the way way, I destroyed my cleats too on that trail/path. I had to carry my bike. But it worth the hassle, the views were astonishing!
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg lol I’m glad you at least got something out of it! Love your vids bro. Keep it up 👍
Thanks. I will keep improving and posting new videos. Thanks for encouraging me!
I actually do most of my riding in the dark, for me it’s standard
Really, why is it standard for you?
@@RobertTaba__ru-ti9dg it’s what I’m used to, as I end up riding in the dark more than in the daytime, partly because of commuting, and partly because evening and night is when I have free time to ride
@@PRH123 nice, that means that you enjoy riding your bike a lot. Nice to hear that. It's nice hear stories like this from other riders. 😎👍
I actually do the majority of my riding in the dark, for me it’s normal :)
