I used to do this all the time! Its so fun and can be a great workout actually. I would do it for a few hours and worked up quite the sweat. Also a good way to chill out if you had a bad day. My favorite music to soul dance to is Miley Cyrus. I ended up moving into an apartment and couldn't really do it anymore because i was bothering my neighbors. But now im moving into a trailer so I can do it again. Thanks for reminding me of this!

I agree about apartments, but that's pretty much what I've been living in for twenty years. The best I can do is limit the duration, volume, and window of time. If I get any complaints from neighbors and/or management, I'll be happy to make adjustments. You're welcome. Congratulations on your move and for getting to go back to doing something that you enjoy.
