When i think about just how far our sport has come, I remember these amazing folks who paved the way. We would not be where we are now, were it not for these pioneers. Hats off to all of you!

Since there is a commenter on this list who said he saw this on Nickelodeon, I am proud to say I saw it there, too. Well, only two random parts of it, anyway, the opening scene with the nice song and the next scene, but I did see it on Nickelodeon, too. In fact, it was my memory of it on that channel that got me here.

That's real skydiving with fore and aft gear 😅 NSPC had a general meeting the weekend of my first jumps with a showing of 16mm movies and an open bar. Got me totally hooked 🥴in 1981. Best decades of my life! So many great people and times. Thank you .

Fantastic! I have been on this tour many times before it was discontinued a while back due to the current situation in the Ukraine. My late father was actually stationed here at The Cape from 1969 to 1971. I just don't know which actual building that he worked out of. We lived in Satellite Beach, Florida in the old Patrick Air Force Base south housing units when he was stationed here. I was a child in elementary school during those years. What a time to live in Central Florida during the historic Apollo Space Program!

I have a 16mm print of this. Dated 19/7/1972. My dad was a skydiver back then. Don't have anything to play it on. Anyone interested? It has "print 5" on it.

Oh sooo many memories. Started back in perris in 76. Bill Stage was my jm. Belly warts and all. My how times have changed. Perris had just a little wooden manifest shack. Watched wings a thousand times. Memories 11:37

A really great classic film of skydiving in the 70's. This and Masters of the Sky, also by Carl Boenish. I started jumping in 1972, so I can really identify with the jumpers in the films - probably jumped wth them as well. I'm now 77 years old and I'm still currently jumping with almost 4,000 skydives. D-6610 skydive license. So many very fond memories.

Now 50 50years later its nice to see old friends 🤙☺

OMG, love this! So nostalgic. My kid is jumping now and I tell her about frap hats and she is shocked. Canopy stacks? Shocked. Lol. We had a great time, lots of fun, lots of jumps. My D-license is in 7ks, wscr 700's, CRW 1000's. Jumping El Cap (1981 open for 3 weeks with permits!) - We were there. You brought back lots of great memories for us. Thank you.

j'ai eu cette version en super 8 j avai 10 ans et j était heureu comme un roi . Il n'y avait pas de sous titré dans cette série universal abrégé mais j était heureu comme même j'ai même eu frankeinstein la momie la créature du lac noir dans la même collection. Que de souvenirs de ma belle enfance le mercredi je fsait séance de cinéma avec des gosses de mon âge dans la chambre de ma grand mère maternel qui a cédé encore à mes caprices une pensée pour elle était unique si elle avait me décrocher la lune elle l aurai pour moi.
