Needs more double tracking. In the streets it will be a complicated situation. Parking spaces for motor vehicles may have to be eliminated or streets closed off only allowing the trolleys to run on them. Streets being mainly pedestrian malls and for Trolleys.

Familiar scenes. Grew up in Upper Darby and Springfield. Had a sledding accident with the trolley at the bottom of the hill where Springfield mall is now.
