When an artist vomits paint all over the painting it is showing his or her inability to produce meaningful art! I don't know who started this idiot habit, but it was someone who just goofed the painting and to cover it up he just put random paint onto the surface - Just like Gerhard Richter who was trying to clean the paint off one of his painting with solvent and in doing so blurred the motive and stupid as some greedy customers are thought it was a great painting - some art buyers have no clue what they are buying they just have money and want to have even more.

I always feel conflicted about hyper-realistic painters. I am in awe of their technical abilities, but then always wonder: Why use paint in such a manner so as to hide the fact that it is paint? Then again, too, if the ability to paint hyper-realistically is one's special gift in a world where so few of us have any special gifts at all, I don't suppose that one is going to stop painting that way merely for "philosophical / aesthetic" reasons. I imagine that if Rembrandt were alive today, and if somebody politely informed him that his style of painting is no longer relevant, he would have merely chuckled at the fool.

How much of this is painting? And the cheap rest collage? All an artist needs is one good painting, and all it needs to discredit a painter is a collage. And when we give the AI credit for being creative -

Antes de leer el primer comentario sobre la exposición de este pintor , pensaba poner mi comentario tal cual : deprimente : acto seguido leí el primer comentario traducido del árabe . Ya no es deprimente el trabajo del pintor , es desesperante el comentario de la persona que lo escribió , está claro desde donde lo dice . They are beautiful paintings, for sure, but I'm puzzled by the need for such 'retro' images. Fantasy and retro (including art of the 19th and early 20th centuries) are de rigueur in UA-cam figurative painting (some with an AI source 'reference'). Does it mean we've run out of ideas?
