We are a puzzle and can be completed through different aspects of what we are. Life is not about money or possession, it is about interconnectedness.

When you are in harmony with creator and nature , you will be fulfilled. Like you eat roots , fruits , vegetables, grains and drink water , tea ; take a bath with leafs or fruits , having a man to remind you youvare a special in this world. Living in harmony with through consumption, through healty , through sexuality and through the spiritual realm . Another thing is community . Black people are tribal . We need a community in order to feel fulfilled. We need friends , lover, and we need nature .

God's will is in his creation . He desires that all parts of his creation interacts in the way that it was meant to be. Lwhat brings happiness and fulfillment in our lives is when all the pieces fit in together. Your ancestors knew this truth. Harmony of existence.

Knolwedge and experience brings people to that realization.

Adolescence can be tourture on unique individuals! As this video trigger me to look back, I came to the realization that it was most difficult bcz I didn’t have the support to me my self and truly and fully embrace who I was. “Energy bothered them!” aint that the truth! I whole heartedly believe that! The ones who judge and criticize are usually the ones who fear the same energy that they’re putting out! Being labeled as “shy” as well, I look at it as a gift and as a natural filtering process provided by the divine to protect the gifts it has instilled in me, as well as ensure that I don’t get involved with the wrong people. Those are the ones, like you said, who won’t take the time in the proper diligence to fully know who you are embrace, and respect it. Good one Ari! Had me doing some shadow work this morning 😂. Hard making friends when ur comfortable being by ur self. Truth! I think the biggest thing I’ve experienced is not seeking friendship, but being open. Especially as an introvert. As I get older, I find balance, I found peace in quality not quantity. The ability to live w/o makes the friendship experience greater cause it’s wanted not needed. I’ve experienced the same of being “stand offish” but later I just deemed it as me protecting my energy. Hardest part about being an empath is knowing when to let go! The energy drainage will def make you wanna isolate. Thats the thing about having kids I think people don’t about, having the emotional space to raise a child and understand that they are their own person. Family is what you make it, just because you may share blood w/ someone doesn’t mean they have the best intention for you, had to learn this lesson on multiple occasions. What would you say the reward for being an empath is? Also, how do you manage not being overwhelmed when those “empathetic senses” are tingling but you don’t have much reserved energy for yourself? Great video! Good to know I’m not the only one have delt with these “issues”. Used to have a hard time accepting the fact I was a people pleaser (due to being harshly criticized and ostracized growing up). Once I forced myself to break out of that, in order to truly spread my wings, the perspective of who I was to those around me changed. Some even left. Honestly, that was the best thing that could’ve been done because I was hiding that part of what really made me, me. God placed that indifference inside of us, and we have to let it shine! Another part that resonated, truly loving to help people, which I’ve had my battles with. It brings me joy to help people and put a smile on their face. Being selfless in this selfish world set me back in certain situations, which really forced me to open my eyes and be more discerning among those I help, and even more towards the ones I let close and offer unconditional love and support to. I think that’s why I genuinely started my UA-cam channel so I could reach out and help people, but in my own way and how I feel most comfortable and still have enough energy to pour back into my self and love myself and not feel drained with “undeserving” individuals. If people leave when you try to save yourself and be a true your self, they were never meant to be there in the first place. Really enjoy ur videos, brings peace. (I rarely comment so this is coming from a true place) Appreciate you, bless 🙏🏾

Appreciate the video, resonated on so many levels! As an introvert, the question, "Why are you so quiet?" often puts me on guard, making me question the person's intentions. I believe those who harshly criticize introverts may be projecting their own insecurities, thinking our quietness is a judgment on them. But really, it’s just our personality! 🤣 I believe most of the people who attack and harshly ridicule quiet people/introverts is that they have some sort of controlling issues or they feel like they’re being under judgment / projecting. The part about ur first name resonated deeply! I’ve delt w/ that same experience with my name (having a father of Nigerian decent, my name was butcher like hell in school 🤣), first day of school and subs were the worst! As introverts, we really have to love ourselves and not compare ourselves to people. It can severely damage us, if we’re not strong within. What anyone else does has nothing to do with us. Anyone that can hate someone, doesnt love themself as we're all one. I am another you. For some of us this isnt our first rodeo here, while for others it may be. Also I like going to the movies alone. Pick a time when the theaters empty, you have the place to yourself.
