the audio can still be worse, look up 1 bit pcm.
title was mostly referring just to the video, for the audio I was too lazy to import it into a program like audacity to actually make the audio terrible so just used an online compressor (and selected the lowest bitrate they offered), for the video, the video stopped working when the resolution wasn't divisible by 8, so I had to settle for 128x72
