Pros and cons for Agency and NHS I have read your document on the pros and cons of working for Agency and NHS . Please don’t take me wrong your document was good I enjoy listening to it. You did not mentioned the advantage of NHS pension and Private Pension and State Pension. As you know once you are pension you will not receive as much as you are working. That needs to be considered if you are working for agency. As you know the state pension is not enough and working for Agency you will not qualify for NHS pension and if you do private pension is not the same as NHS . I think that needs to be mentioned as well . I have just retired without my NHS pension the state pension would not have been helpful for me. Thank you well done. 🙏
