Great video, thanks for posting. I went through a whole bunch of videos with lots of confusing information. I'm in Montreal and we have similar winters to yours. This is exactly what I'm going to do..
I'm making a boutonniere out of feathers to mix it up. I can't decide whether to wear a boutonniere with a linen pocket square or make a pocket square out of feathers and not wear a boutonniere at all.
How far in advance to you recommend making these in advance of the event? How do you store? Do you spray them with anything for freshness?
I have the same question.
What a great video! Thank you!
We like B- thank you for your help!
Awesome video. About to make these for my wedding and appreciated the tips! Also lol’ed at your part at the end haha!
Looks great!
Wonderful!! To the point and perfect!
Hilariously taught! Thank you.
OMG hilarious
how do I keep.them from dying and how far in advance can they be made
LOVE this video! Thank you for the smiles and for a great demo!
Do you do anything prior to making it so it doesn’t wilt? It should last the whole day right? 😅
Do you put them in any water?
I love you complimenting the bout during - that's how I design too - so fun!
How soon before a edding should they be made?
hi Gina! these can be made the day prior but no more than that- they are a delicate item! enjoy. thanks for watching
@@sweetwaterfloralcan I make them the day off?
Thank you-have been sharing your video on various diy wedding pages:)
Great video! If you are making boutonnières for a wedding (lets say like the one you just made), do you keep them in water, or just refrigerate them, and how far ahead can you make them?
Refrigerate it when done. No more than 3-4 days ahead if working with VERY fresh florals. If you are getting your supplies from the grocery store I'd say no more than 2 days.
hi Traci you want to make boutonnieres the day before a wedding and yes they need to be kept in water. Enjoy! thanks for watching!
