I'm embarking on a dream I have had for over a decade, a van tour. The name of this channel is a play on the word "untethered", while also including what was a devastating diagnosis for me. Nearly 3 years ago, I was given the dreaded Parkinson's diagnosis by not one but 5 different neurologists. I'm now making this trip a health quest. It's been quite a long journey to get here. I am finally officially untethered, AND unparked. I'll share insights into living with Parkinson's, and especially living on the road. I'll be traveling with my companion Ollie, who is himself a senior at 16 and a half. I've never done a youtube channel, or any videos, so please have patience as I navigate this brave new world. I've traveled this way before, but that was when I was fully healthy nearly a decade ago.
