employee vs entrepreneur, who makes more money on average? THE FACTS
In the modern era it seems as though everybody wants to become an entrepreneur because they think they will become very successful. The truth is that most business owners actually don't make a lot of money. On average for the businesses that DON'T FAIL, the owners only pay themselves about $61,000. When compared to an employee making $61,000 the employee will actually take home more money because he pays less in taxes and benefits. The employee will also have a much better quality of life because he doesn't stress about work after clocking out and will work less hours than the entrepreneur.
In my opinion people should spend their energy finding a job they enjoy rather than attempting to start a business, but if you have a different perspective please feel free to leave a comment.

    The sound devices are crap...but..if you have loud speakers and you blast high frequency through them. They don't like it and freak out. I blast this through speakers and the scratching of the walls stops immediately. Its worth a try if you have these

    Use bait stations vs pellets...pellets can be hoarded vs bait stations have solid blocks of poison in them that the mice have to eat right there...or use snap traps...gle traps or live catch stations are dumb: your just asking for a re-visit...keep your food in containers they cant smell the food in, or chew through...if you live in the country, you will have mouse visitors...they burrow so they can get in under crawlspaces that dont have deep foundation walls or have just footers...even if you dont have any food sources around they can get into, they will still hide in sheds, cellars, basements because theyre safe from snakes, hawks, chickens (yes, chickens kill mice)...any natural repellants dont work...only poison...

    Anyone stating they can smell a dead mouse in their walls is on drugs...unless you have a hole in your wall their decomposing body smell isnt going to permeate through drywall or plaster and coats of paint...

    Midwest has some insane earwigs, i took a nap for maybe 3 or 4 hours and live in a room in a garage, they come in through the garage door area and in through the door to the room. I killed maybe 50 hanging out in an hour on my carpet. Sprayed some basil and lemongrass oil near the doors and windows, but damn they are thick in northern IL, essential oils are unfortunately expensive too. The garage isn't dirty or gross either... they just want out of the heat and into the cool room :( I have never dealt with this many before. I have a cat so I need to make sure nothing that will get her sick is an option.

    They are nocturnal and they’re drawn to light at night time for the heat source. Which is also why you might find them in your bed they go towards heat sources. if you have a lit up front porch at night time it will draw them in

    Hi my name is Dave, I did what they said and cleaned out the pantry, threw away what I knew could be infested. Then i started killing the larva. I noticed that they were still coming in. So i knew there was still space in the pantry from what I threw away so I decided to get a flashlight and some lysol spray and sprayed directly at the pantry moth and they would fall and I would spray them again and they would die I've been doing it repeatedly and they have slowly gone away. Since then I checked and I haven't seen any thank God it worked for me.

    Is orkin home defense brand from Home Depot great for earwigs?

    • @urbanchameleon1541
      @urbanchameleon1541 27 днів тому

      I tried Ortho Home Defense and it didn’t work. The earwigs walked right over it and didn’t die later. I read online that they don’t groom themselves like other insects, which is why it doesn’t work. The only method I’ve found so far is diatomaceous earth. It’s killing them for sure but I’ve got thousands outside. Nothing seems to be enough. I put out Terro gel baits for the ants and I saw an earwig go for it. I’m going to try the Terro Ant Bait granules. It says it works for earwigs but I don’t know if they’ll go for it. I think I need something that will attract them to knock out the population instead of killing a few at a time. The soy sauce/vegetable oil traps work too.

    I had them via some protein powder I bought at the dollar store. Took three months and found them nesting under my moveable kitchen island. It was recommended that I buy damecouss spray. I continued to spray under the island and say a decrease in new months. The larvae take 21 days to mature. When I didn’t see any for 21 days, the moths were eradicated. Unfortunately moved to another house and suddenly started seeing months again…here we go again! I’m gonna cry!

    anyone have any information on PermaTreat?

  • @captaindudeman3613
    @captaindudeman3613 28 днів тому

    This is fantastic advice but for one thing. I really do appreciate the concise pure info. I do have one contradiction. Dead mice do stink, they decompose just like any other living thing. They swell with gases, they burst, they will go off and die in your walls and if you have a very unsealed home which is likely given the mouse/rat issue to begin with, you will smell them. The smell can last up to a week before it disipates, usually because they dry up. This is lived experience talking here so 12:37 yeah gotta call you on that one. Keep up the good work!

    50 droppings per mouse per day! That sure puts my mind a little at ease, I thought we had a huge infestation in our basement based on the amount of droppings observed. I did see a live one come out of hiding earlier today, the mouse went over to the trap to see if we had replenished the peanut butter. Kid you not! They licked it clean off from all the snap traps! I'll try some of the other methods which you had mentioned! Dead mice do stink! We disposed of two dead mice within the last week, placed them in zip lock bags and this morning setting our trash bins out for trash pick up - yikes! The stench was awful!

    I had issues with these last year and I put out cockroach bait and they ate it. My infestation was so bad in the barn that you could hear them in the walls moving around. I put the cockroach bait out, noticed that they eat it and then in a week or two the infestation was gone. I will try this product as I still have some around wood piles. Thanks.

    Thanks for the video. I called the company whom used the Contrac brand for me in the past; they would not supply me the bars, instead wanted to send a tech out. I know how the rat came in (my idiot cat brought him in.) I just wanted bars that would work, as you said the store-bought bars don't work (just feed the rat) what garbage they are. I just know I wanted the turquoise bars, but not a whole $100+ bucket(s) of them.

    We built a log cabin and the termites moved in as well. So we embraced them as neighbors, feed them and kept them moist and warm! Now we're homeless, but the termites are happy and moved in w our neighbors! It's such a a blessing to see them so happy! Clueless idiots! Wow!

    i totally agree...also, as a real estate agent and being in the industry for a couple decades, sometimes its better to rent than buy. Smaller homes that are relatively low cost, you should own. The higher priced homes though, you can usually rent cheaper than the cost to own. They don't have as many available to rent, but the cost of renting is usually less than a mortgage, insurance, maintenance and repairs, etc... This assumes you just want a house to live in. You may want to own, so you can do what you want to it as well. But if you take just the cost of living, the more expensive homes are usually cheaper to rent. (ex... 1% of home value is a typical rental rate. Around 1.5% is common in neighborhoods with lower priced homes and while they don't usually have as many on the market, the higher priced homes may rent for 0.8%) . Just my honest opinion.

    I had a dead rat in my attic. It went for peanut butter flavored block bait. I didn’t smell it in the house. Talon g bait is fantastic, and if a critter finds it in the garage or attic, the animal goes outside to search for water, and will die there.
