The person who challenges someone to a duel is not the person who picks the weapons. The person who is challenged to a duel picks the weapons, location and rules. Before pistols were popular and accurate they probably would have used swords. However, if you remember from flashbacks to the Simon's (the Duke's) childhood, when he visited his father with Lady Danbury, he told him that "I ride, I fence and I shoot." He could have done either, but he might have picked pistols because he is better at them, or in his case, maybe because he was worse at them. With him being taller than Anthony, with a longer reach, he would have probably been better at fencing.

Woah Sir! Big Name confusion. The short girl, get the drinks built on her, that's Penelope. Penelope is part of the Featherington household, has two sisters that are not nice. She plays a pretty prominent role, you may have a rough time trying to avoid spoilers if that would be a goal of yours. But if you just want to know if her story goes somewhere interesting? Sure❤. The main female character of the season, the one who is a Bridgerton, that is Daphne. I personally think her big brother, ANTHONY, does remain garbage for a pretty long time. And I'm sure you'll enjoy watching what happens between her and Simon, the Duke, this "social season". Burbrook is the one that ended the episode on the floor😂

Wicked is based on the musical that’s based on the book about Elphaba, a green skinned misunderstood girl who eventually becomes the Wicked Witch of the West and her relationship with the girl who becomes Glinda the Good Witch. I will never forget my first experience of seeing the musical and seeing all the beautiful sets and the costume designs, as well as the amazing talented cast. And I had just recently saw it again this past Christmas as I was introducing it to a family friend, so I am so hyped to see this iconic story come to the screen! And ironically the first musical I ever performed was the Wizard of Oz where I played Professor Marvel and the Wizard. 💚🖤🩷🤍

All I'm going to say is this is part 1 of 2. So much happens in the first half of this that will explain the second half and "The Wizard of Oz". I was once cast in an adaptation of this musical and I hope that the character gets the recognition they deserve.

It’s also really sad that we barely got to see Cory and Leah perform together in Season 4 at the height of them being so in love off screen.

I can’t watch this without crying. They’re not acting, the love is palpable, it’s just pouring out of them.

Okay with all due respect I think you're misinterpreting the Gazebo scene. In Catching Fire he threatened to kill her family, her friends and their own families if she doesn't convince everyone in the victory tour that she's not a threat to the Capitol. And because she failed at doing this (because Katniss is not good at PR) that was when Snow essentially made the 75th Hunger Games to have conditions that would force Katniss to participate again in the hope that she would be killed. He brainwashed Peeta knowing Katniss cared enough to somehow rescue him. The gazebo scene is him explaining to Katniss that while he doesn't have any qualms about killing children among all the other horrible things he has done, he isn't responsible for killing Prim. He has nothing to gain from killing Prim among all other Capitol citizens since it would only turn those who were still loyal to him to defect to the rebel side. Every poisoned death, every murder, every systematized forced prostitution of attractive victors were all done with something for him to gain (which was power or the maintenance of the power he had). Essentially he was explaining why it would be out of character for him to do something that blatant when public opinion was already against him when for so long he has taken extreme measures to maintain power over his image in the Capitol. This story does humanize him but it also shows how he was just waiting for the opportunity rather than him simply being manipulated. It's a very well done book and I highly reccommend reading it since I'm not sure if the movie could fit all the nuance of the book.
