thank you!! ☺️ today was my fourth day of eating it and it was surprisingly still fresh!!! it’s just the avocado gets a little brown but still tasted fine. and you just need to make sure the lettuce is REALLy dry

🥗 here’s the recipe! *serves 5* 1 can butter beans 1 can chickpeas 1 can lentils 1 cup uncooked quinoa (cooked in water and some bouillon powder) 1 red onion 2 peppers 260g sweetcorn 2 avocados 1 head romaine lettuce 🌶️ spicy chipotle dressing 1/2 cup oil 6 tbsp ACV 6 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp chipotle paste 3 tbsp honey/syrup 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tbsp oregano 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp black pep

Silly question - do you keep that for 5 days or do you share them? I always wonder with meal prep videos. I love that your from the uk though! It makes the ingredients aay more accessible. Subbed! 😊
that’s not a silly question!! and tysm for subbing 🤍☺️ they stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days. just make sure to smell it to see if it smells funny on the 4th or 5th day but as long as you heat it up it’s generally fine. i always meal prep for 5 days and never get any stomach issues :)

One tip I have is that you set your alarm 10 minutes earlier then original so then you can snooze it once and trick your brain into thinking your sleeping in! Hope this helps and I hope your journey is great! 🩷
