You can buy a synchronizer that will make them all run at the same rate. Nice build btw.

I have the exact same awning. Question, when opening up yours, does it hang ‘straight’ or does it have a slight tilt to one side to allow for runoff when raining? Thanks!
Yes ours does tilt to allow for runoff. Thanks for watching😃
Awesome work!!!!! Is there any way of having all 4 actuator switches combined and controlled by 1 switch? I nay call progressive to see if this is possible. Your thoughts?
@@fredzuccarelli The actuators run at different speeds and even different speed up vs down. So having everything on one switch will not work. The bed would end up out of level each time it’s moved. Linear actuators makes a control box that is adjustable, with that you can have a remote and one switch since each actuator can be adjusted with the control box. Hope this helps and thank you for watching😀
ya done good Mat!
@@tonybucca5667 thank you😀
do you have a link where you purchased those actuators from?

Hello Thanks for the info ... Where did you get the cover for the fuel line? (The black mesh)
Hello! It’s wire loom. Here is the link www.amazon.com/dp/B0BFHWFT95?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Awesome !! Thanks!!
Thank you for the video I am doing the same to my 2024 Transit 350. However you cheated by not drilling through the B pillar and the rear D pillars which I need to do. The B pillar has Boron Steel you can not get past in the wall without drilling through it. Carbide here is a must. Takes about 4 hours per hole and lots pf Prep and lots of snack breaks. The C Pillar has boron Steel you may be able to get a hole above the Boron Steel and bypass the Boron steel. It depends on your model. But plan ahead to go through the Boron Steel. The rear D Pillar has no Boron Steel. At the D pillar two 1.5" adjacent holes ( 1.5" x 2.5") will do fine. The D pillar needs 6-8" long bits and extensions. Drill up at a 30° angle. I need to enter before the B pillar. Drilling the D pillar in wall with a 1-7/8" Carbide Milwaukee Dozer Hole saw ( not Dozer bi-metal) was not fun. You must have Cobalt drill bits and Cobalt step drills and Carbide hole saws and at least two people to do this job. Cutting boron steel is slow and requires cutting fluid, high pressure and low rpm. So one person steer's the drill and one person leans on and pushes the drill. 1"4 solid carbide centerdrill cointersinks x 6" Long will go through boron steel easily. But you must use a low RPM, Cutting oil and do not push hard or you will shatter the bit. Use Cobalt hex shank step drills with locking extensions of several various lengths. to start all holes. www.amazon.com/AugTouf-TOOLANT-Step-Drill-BIT/dp/B09SPZQ6LV?th=1. You will need two step bits of each and every size Listed. What you do not use you can return. www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-Hole-Dozer-Carbide-Hole-Saw-Set-12-Piece-49-22-3090/310213292 PLUS a 1.0, 1.125" , &1..25" Carbide hole saw. Hole saw MUST have a 1/4 x 6" Cobalt bit. and you will need 1/4" x 12" Cobalt bits. www.amazon.com/dp/B0CW241Q9D?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 You will need a Dremel and several large 2" Gyro ST Cutoff wheels and grinding bits to smooth out sharp edges. If you need a large hole larger than the step bits. Use the step bit to pre-drill the 1/4" Pilot hole first. Then the carbide hole saw. Drill oval holes, two adjacent overlapping holes Cutting out the wall with a cutoff wheel is not a good method. Drilling holes is always better. A Plasma cutter with a straight cutting head is also a good choice to cut boron steel. To enter the B pillar you need to remove the overhead shelf and disconnect the battery. You drill a 2.0" hole near but before the B Pillar. Then drill using a 1/4" x 6" Cobalt bit as a Pilot hole You will need to lengthen the Harness by 36". Easiest way to do this is to get a harness from a Junked Transit or a new Harness. Make an extension for the front end the harness. But you will need a female connector to put on the donor harness to make a 36" (approx) extension cable" You want the extension to go from the fuse box, up the A Pillar and end at the top of the A pillar. You want your mid junction between the A pillar and the entry into the B pillar. Solder all the pins in the correct order. Add Silicone lots of Di-electic grease to the mid Junction to make it water tight. Join Male and Female connectors. Then wrap in three layers of rated #33 Electrical tape 6" to either side. Hope this helps.
Can you please provide a link to where we can purchase the black fitting?

I’d love to do something similar to this! I was wondering if you’re worried about moving the airbag foam black block/ blobs from the side? I’m concerned about it voiding my insurance
We’re not completely finished with front or the sides. Our plan is too put the blocks back in. On the driver side we might have to cut the back of the block off because of the bulkhead. If you wanted to retain the entire block the bulkhead could be easily modified so the block fits through it. Similarly on the passenger side, we’re going to have the modify the block to retain it. If you want to keep the block intact you could make the bed slightly narrower and retain the block 100%. Thank you for watching! 😃
About to buy this or the Isotherm Freeline 140 in a day or two. Any feedback now that you've got some time on it?
@@johnfreeborg Hi! The only issue we’ve had is one of the spade connectors for power was loose and power shut off intermittently, once I found that it has worked out perfectly since then. We really like the lower drawer to get drinks without having to open main door. Although we’ve never seen an Isotherm in person they look very similar. The door on the isotherm looks to have deeper storage. Hope this helps! 😃
@@ChristineIC Does it come with 2 shelves or 3? I've saw a video from Australia that installed this and it had 3, but your video only shows 2. Might have to buy another shelf.
@@johnfreeborg yes it has 3 wire shelves. Just not shown in unboxing. I’m looking for the video where we installed it.
If anyone have said this, let me add my 2 cents. 2 thumbs up on you are Minnie. Van bill very beautiful, very functional easy. I love the way you built that. Thank you for sharing it with me

I love this how much does it cost and where do I go to have it done? Seriously, I am experiencing temporary Lee some handicap issues and need to be on the road so a Ford transit is what I expect to buy. How ever I was wondering, Can they ever come with a shower/Restroom?
This is a custom build, there are a numbers of custom van builders that could probably build you anything you wish. There are many with showers and restrooms. Just search for custom van builders. Thank you for watching😃

My 9500 died within a couple of years. I think I used it 5 times and the motor has seized. Having debate of a new awning v repair as parts so expensive...ugh. A bit disappointed with quality.
Thanks for heads up! We haven’t used it a lot yet. Hopefully they’ve improved it. Thanks for watching!
why did you need to mount both units? Does the SC unit not have a fan mode?
The AC unit does not have a separate fan only mode. That’s why we have both. Thanks for watching!😃
I miss ❤ Iligan city, lived there 3 yrs in Pala-O before and during the Marawi war. It became unsafe at the time and I moved to Manila for 2 yrs until Covid came and lockdowns became unbearable.
I recognized one of the doctors in the photo at 1:54. The far left is Dr. Rolando Mendoza from Vero Beach, FL.
WOW! Those pictures are 25 + years ago! I randomly pulled this out because there were soo many pictures.
Iligan is slowly developing. Soon SM Corporation will be building its mall in the Tambo area.
Thank you mam sa vlog kahit malayo ako nakita ko ang Iligan city. ang laki na ng improvement. 2012 pa ako nakauwi.

Hi, have you posted the pdf listing the supplies for this elevator bed?
Hi! We don’t really have a PDF of the parts. It’s always put together as we go, but for this the highlights are: The bed frame is 1020 extruded aluminum with the ends drilled and tapped 1/4-20 to connect everything, 1/8” aluminum L angle mounted with slide in connectors to hold the plywood base. The actuators are progressive automation PA-18-50-150. 150 lbs capacity each. 8Amp full load draw. The switches are double pole double throw 15 amp rocker switches. The mounts for the actuators to the frame are 1/8 aluminum L angle. The mounts to the van will have to be custom made to your application. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions reach out! 😃
The hanging clithes on the back door ....so clever! I will do this in my van as well so thank you kindly. Happy trails!

$385 option geez Ford. Would it be wise to run the gas low to avoid a gas shower?
From the factory the auxiliary fuel port cuts off well before the tank is empty. So, it should never use up all the fuel by making hot water. Thanks for watching😃
What tap/thread pitch did you use? I’m about ready to order the rack and want to be prepared for threading issues. Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for watching! The rack is 15 series 8020 so any stock fasteners need to fit the 15 series. To tap the center hole on the end we used 5/16 x 18 tap.
