Long Hauling in Europe is an entirely different puppy. Time schedules are tighter - you usually depart between 9pm and midnight to avoid traffic. To get around the tight corners in old cities, some of which have still cobblestone, requires a lot of skill, as does the reversing of an articulated truck into a tight unloading dock. The terrain can be tricky like in Switzerland and you have to pull into weigh stations all the time. Snow, rain, ice and heat can change rapidly. All in all I think European truckers require more skill than anywhere else.

Made in Australia, USA Trucks, Mack, Kenworth, international ( IVECO), western , are assembled better than in USA, to different specifications than USA. Quality and service.

You don't see many of them in Australia, they wouldn't last. Most of the trucks are the big three, Kenworth, Volvo or Mack. I don't know where they get their figures from but i doubt they even checked them.
