In September of 2020 I discovered a amazing 2 acre property for sale in the O'brien Mountain Community above Shasta Lake in Northern California. After a bit of negotiation I was able to purchase the property with the owner accepting equal payments for 3 years. Since that time I have built a shed, installed a pump for the well, and cleared endless brush and trees. The property is now paid off and house plans are complete. Join myself, family and friends as we experience the challenges of building a home as an owner builder with limited construction knowledge and knowhow.

Great, is this similar to ‘15 edition? I have zx10r 2015 but i only got 3 options for the traction so would the 3 here equals to the 3 on my bike? Thanks for the upload
Sorry, I'm not sure, I had this bike for a bit a year ago but sold it later before moving on. It was so difficult to understand the adjustments at the time that once I figured it out I had to share.
