May 4th, 2013 I sat in the same Convention center I sat 4 years before during Convocation. After I moved my Tassel to the left and joined in on the applause this song began to play. It was then I that emotions overwhelmed me and I began to cry because everything that I had been through, the tears that I shed, the smiles that I shared finally came together in that one moment. I had finally made it. This song is a reminder of the best 4 years of my life. Florida State University, Thank you!
this sucks compared to hymn to the garnet and the gold
I wouldn't say it sucks. I do think, however, that the Hymn to the Garnet and the Gold would be a better alma mater.
Both still give me chills!
