    When I am involved strictly with Commercial and new home sales a Metrotex, TAR, NAR and NTCAR Membership without an MLS is workable with Central Metro Realty........?? You need NAR for Realtor designation, TAR for Forms but, why would one need the Metrotex/Dallas area board......??

    Quick question for you, On FHA if the home does not appraise then seller agrees to drop price to appraised value (amendment signed by both parties), will the seller be entitled to earnest money? Hope you can help. Thank you!

    MY QUESTION IS ..I HAVENT PAID MY LOCAL BOARD FEES..FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS BECAUSE NO SALES AND LOW ON $ HIGH FEES.... SO I DECIDED TO CALL AND LADY TOLD ME THAT MY BROKERAGE COULD GET A FINED BECAUSE I HAVENT PAID MY FEES..IS THAT POSSIBLE WONDER IF IM GONNA GET FIRED OVER IT IM IN TEXAS (DALLAS)

      Hi Lizette, I just checked TREC and the last this form was updated was March of 2020. This should be good to go!
