I have a forward slope on each shelf so it does not look good from the side. Is this normal?
My M8 15mm screws (E1) are too short... The 45 mm are too long... For my Samnsung FLAT TV (UE48J6250SU).... Why, Pearlesmith?????

what if your studs are placed off to the side where the tv would be centered i have a stud dead center of where i want my tv
Unfortunately (and I'm in the same boat) this model has no "room correction" option ... you either mount your TV off-center in the room between your existing studs (or ... as I may do ... you tear into the wall and add some horizontal studs at the hight you want between TWO applicable spaces between the two existing studs ... then re-drywall). Frankly, I'm not impressed that this wasn't disclosed better before I purchased the thing and that Perlesmith would make a TV mount like this that has ZERO room-correction. Geez ... ALL SHOULD SLIDE AT LEAST 8-9 INCHES LEFT OR RIGHT ON THE WALL MOUNT PLATE!!! I **might** be able to hang the TV a tad off-center on the rails. (Dunno ... haven't tried yet).
Then get toggle anchors that mount to the drywall and hold the tv no problem. Don't have to be limited by studs.
you can slide the tv left and right to center it, idk what ur talking about?
