Also, as a bit of credit to the end of the game, it is cool how they did a homage to the end of Megaman 2. I like how in 2 the Blue Bomber walks through all the seasons or something and it is all peaceful but in 8 it's all destruction and fire 🔥 😂

Yeah, the worst part of Megaman 7 is that refight gauntlet straight into Wily. Honestly, it us a HUGE difficulty spike right at the end of an otherwise fairly easy game.

To make platforming easier there is 1 trick. Equip simple shurikens. Jump forward (as usual) then right away press B and after Y. So Ryu will throw some shurikens midair and then he will leap slightly more forward with his air strong attack. That will make your jump significantly longer

Bro, no need to econom the money so much, always buy full small health elixirs. There are several places where you can farm money fast. And at those places you can buy everything from the shop

I think I use the Buster on the jumping skull thing, and I charge the Springs for the 7th Final Wily Fight Ever, but honestly this game's boss rush setup right into the Wily fights, without restoring anything or giving you a chance to get more E-Tanks is honestly a lot harder than many of the other games. I kind of dislike 7 because the game itself is really simple and easy, but the bosses are just hard and unfair. I like Mega Man 8 *much* better than 7. "JUMPJUMPSLIDESLIDE" 😅

You can also use Slash Claw to send the boulders back against the Gutsman redux. 7 is just battles that are are slow and attrition one after another, even if you have the weakness to whatever you're fighting.

Yeah, you did this like 52 years ago, I know, but if you don't use up the whole shield, then it regrows itself, and you can keep hitting stuff with it.

So the Power Adapter is one of the coolest powers in the game. You can smack around Mister X in his giant ball, and you can stand right where you enter the Brontosaurus and smack his platforms back into him, without being able to be able to get hit in return.

This game's gimmick is that the bottom bosses each have 1 of the letters for getting Beat, but you only get it if you beat the version of the boss that requires at least 1 of the Rush adapters to get to. The boss doesn't act any different or anything, but if you biff and defeat the wrong one, the colors of the stage change when you go back to them.

6 has "easier" bosses etc because they're much more exploitable using their weakness as opposed to other games in the series. Knight Man has a shield that dings off everything except his weakness, and since you need 8 hits (with a weakness) some bosses go a lot quicker than other bosses. The Fire Storm is a really good weapon to use against most of the miniboss things because it hits hard and doesn't use a ton of energy, but Centaur Man's weapon only has 8 uses (and is kind of garbage anyway) so you won't get a lot if use out of it aside from using it as a boss weakness. You got through 3 Robot Masters in this episode! Remember back to MM2 where you had entire episodes trying to just get to the boss? 6 is honestly a lot of fun, even though I still prefer the older games overall, and I think that you're really going to enjoy playing this game. I cannot wait until next week's episode!

Mega Man 6 is a lot of fun (and Beat is WAY easier to get) so I'm looking forward to watching you play!

The litte pig is actually a mouse! You'll see it in a couple stages, Charge Man for sure, and if you keep charging the Mega Buster, you'll really have no issues with this game.

When the bosses blink they're invincible. Slow down your rate of fire and you'll beat the boss and save weapon energy.

I've been waiting a week to see you get past this. This is absolutely the worst stage in MM2 and without the pattern you don't have enough weapon energy to even get the boss defeated. This stage is the last gauntlet before you do the refights and deal with the Final Boss. You got to the point of the game that separates the casuals from the die hards!
