Started the day off right by being pulled over 2 times in 10 miles! No tickets were written, just some slaps on the wrist.
Thanks men👍👍🤘
Thank you for these vids, it's helping folk all these years later 🤙🏻
Best video on youtube for these forks thanks! Does anybody know what width the notch is in that plate to hold the damper? ill have to cut a plate at work and bring it home.
I'm going to do this job confidently with your video by my side. Thanks!
Thanks, great instruction! I'm a mainly street rider and I've got short legs. I may get racetech springs to lower the front, and get the rear shock rebuilt to lower the back.
Back in the day
Have a problem at step 5:20 : I cant build up pressure, the air always leaking out. Do you have any ideas whats wrong? Should i have to change the big o-ring? ty 4 any advice
What does something like this cost to do at a shop ?
My my shop we charge $100+ parts for a pair of forks.
There is one important aspect that you got it wrong. You need to bleed the inner chamber when cap is on by fully inserting rod into inner chamber. this throws excess fluid out. Its written on service manual also.
Hai thanks for the lovely video I I'd what you should but I noticed that one of tha inner tubes were licking , can you suggest any remedy for that as I am from Nepal and i have a only one drz so parts I can get is from US only Plsssss mail me if you won't mind at sunilbj@hotmail.com
Cheers Adam. An excellent video - by far the best one out there. Really glad I had this to reference rather than relying solely on the manual. Thanks again, Nige
please upload more esp. on efi honda diagnostics
Thanks Adam. I appreciate how you simplified the task. Excellent presentation. Hope you're well
Thanks a lot from france! Without your video, I couldn't have done this on my own!
You the man, thanks so much
Nice job man
I rebuilt your fork using your videos. Very helpful! I used Tusk brand tools from RMATV as I'm just a home guy and Motion Pro tools were too expensive
please? how much oil in to suspension. thnx
Changed the oil in my forks thanks to this video. Thank you.
Great vid. Ready to do my forks now. Thank you.
Dang lewis you should be a motion pro rep lol
hello i got a drz 400 sm with brembo 4 pot and brembo radial master 16mm when i brake the front goes all the way in... compression clicks are all they way to the right(stiff). everything on forks is stock. i want to put a heavier oil what do think it will work better 7w or 10w ?? thnx
That plate you made was the answer I've been looking for. Thank you!
Thanks man
Hey thanks for making these DIY videos. We appreciate it!
Thank you for the video. My first time messing with USD forks, and this makes it easy. Granted, I didn't have many miles on the bike, the seals were fine, and I was changing valving and springs. Still, your two videos on these forks helped a lot.
Hey I have a 2016 DRZ400SM and am looking to redo the fork seals. The only fork seals and dust covers I can find are the all balls ones which have bad reviews like you said in your video. Any idea where I can find a reliable brand? Thanks
SKF fork seals for DRZ. cheaper than OEM and same or better quality. since this is 2 months old did you go with all balls, if so howd they turn out??
does the fork seal have a direction or can it go in either way?
SUPER helpful video man... wish all were as thorough and helpful as this...
I'm not looking forward to doing this, but when I am ready to complete it, I will reference this video. Thanks
very helpful video even to just change my springs Thanks Dan
awesome stuff, really helpful!
LMFAO Great video and nice one handers. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well man.
Man that looks fun riding with that many people, i would do soo many tricks. Haha
