Your music choice is very... ethereal. Great build!
😁😂
Super Arbeit 👍
Vielen Dank 🙏
Well done!
Ma visto che hai fatto tutti i mobili fissi, l'hai omologato come camper?
Yes i did
Very nice! Thank you very much.
🎉 WOW..🎈 your amazing, please don't let anyone say any different! 🏆I ❤ your videos- much 💕💕🙏🏽
Fantastic ❤ subscribe done
Well, your title does say low budget. You weren't kidding 😂 But, in all fairness it looks really smart and would definitely do the job.
Wow. The best van build I saw in last 10 years.
Niente troppo legno/peso bocciato 😅
Watched this from start to finish, made me smile :), nice editing, and Loved the music mate. Impressed that you literally made everything that went into building the van. Your doggie looked very proud of his work
😂❤️
Amazing video. We would like to show this video on our channel with your permission. We will add your link and your name will also be mentioned in the video. Let us know what you think
Whats my benefit? No offers?
@@BudgiCamper Hi, each content creator acquires a new audience from us and that is the value you get
I like your idea
I like that you did everything to save as much space as possible, but there were so many more places to add insulation for weather & sound.
Nice work! Spacious for tiny living. Seems you have storage space for everything and all the necessary amenities for comfort in a tiny mobile home.
Hello @Gene.Guazzo it is Armaflex XG in 19mm thickness
Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Schöne Konstruktionen. Gute solide funktionierende Konstruktion.
too funny he didn't even wash his van before starting, just clean ff the area he is working on, I'm sure it wll stay dirty as well hahaha
What is the benefit of it?
Sir could I pay you for the plans. We have to get to the East coast for Xmas. I have not seen my grandchildren for five years. Is this a possibility? Thank you
Hey @cheri6714 i actually do not have an plans for the build.
What thickness of wood are you using for cabinets and floor please?
Hey @cheri6174 i am Using special kind of plywood for constructions which is 15mm thick and waterproof glued. The floor is 20mm insulation XPS, i think the english name is extruded polystyrene. Its closed cell and does not soak water.
What is the black product you are putting on the walls of the van. Is it something sold in US. All the remodels in US use Havelock Wool. Have seen many videos where the havelock wool slides down the wall. Please advise. Love your channel
Hey @cheri6174 i am using Armaflex XG 19mm but i think its only sold in the EU or Germany. The type of insulation you should use hardly depends on where you live and your climate. We have long cold/wet winters. The insulation itself is closed cell and cant soak water, you should check the specs on see if there is something similiar in the us :)
❤️
I like you video but I can't understand why you didn't clean the van properly? All the grease on the roof.
Hey, the grease on the roof was no problem for the last 15 years, so it wont be one for the next 10-20 years :) I dont wanna damage the base coat with chemical products on the roof. There are well known probelms with similar cars from PsA (Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper) from the same product years.
one of the best campervan build i watch 💯
Great build! What is the hole in the floor for?
Thanks @jeffreywhite1809 The hole is for ventilation, its mandatory in my homecountry to get an rv regestration if you cook with an Gas Stove.
Nicely done!
could you share your wall insulation material please?
Hey Bruce its Armaflex XG 19mm - self adhesive
You really think a bit of silicon glue is going to hold a solar panel on the roof for very long!
Hey Jimmy, what does makes you think its silicon glue?
Great job!
espectacular ♥
Top! Klasse gemacht.
Very very nice, job well done ! I wish i was that good with woodworking and electrical ... sigh. Keep it up 👍🔥
No space for a toilet ????
Hey @robingatward1075 in my newest Video you can see where i implanted the toilet :)
I'd say toilet first and build around it!
😂
3000$ is without all the tools you used, i imagine...
@Melimelo04 yes thats right, i payed around 600€ for all the handtools and powertools over the last years, i mostly buy used ones from company dissolutions.
WoW super
Sehr guter Ausbau.
$3000 is low budget???
That is extremely low budget.
You haven’t bought any lumber recently I guess
@@techguy9023 yes I did. And it is here in Europe at least a lot more expensive than in 2022 or 2023. pverall, this is an extremely low budget thing.
@jeanprice2514 you can easily spend 3000€ and more just for the electric setup
Yes? I take it you’ve never done any sort of handy work
Also das ist der Hammer. Wirklich sehr schone Umbau!
Vielen Dank!
Wow! Respekt!!😳👍👍👍👍👍
What do you do for a mattress?
Just an normal, hard matress. Cut them in 2 pieces. The bed is 160x200cm
What material are you using for insulation the black sticky tape back
It is Armaflex XG 19mm
Brilliant job mate.
Im trying to watch but the music is making me want to kns
Very good job, extremely well done. My brother in law has been 4 years so far doing something similar and still not finished. One or two comments: why do you want wood on the ceiling? We had that in our houses in the 1970s. (Could use carpet adhesive spray and stick up some headlining fabric in minutes). Secondly you have made all your own kitchen cabinets but why not just buy them from B&Q? All those little tidy ideas and even the pull out bed are available off the shelf from Ikea. You might have to modify them slightly but they will work perfectly for years.
Just like the optics from wood on the ceiling and its quite cheap. Dont know what B&Q is but we have IKEA in my homecountry :) Ikea furniture is made of chipboard. This type of wood has very poor properties when exposed to the weather. We have long, wet winters here and moisture is always an issue. In addition, it is not suitable for structural timber construction and does not meet the requirements in my country to obtain a certificate for motorhome registration later on. We have way to many f** rules here in Germany
@@BudgiCamper yes I couldn’t believe that you can’t even paint a fence over there without a license?
Very nice work. I’m having a hard time believing the cost for everything was around $3K. The electrical, hardware and various wood components seem to be worth than that. Maybe you had some build materials lying around.
Hey @user-ru7nf2qi6r thanks for your comment :) With my next campervan build will release an full price list :) Furthermore, in my homecountry germany) the prices for materials are way more cheaper compared to us or uk.
Das ist einfach toll👍👍👍👏👏👏
Perfect ✨🤩
Well done 👍
Danke Dir 🙃
How much do you charge for this kind of conversion? Are you based in Berlin?
