Jamaican Coco bread.
Recipe:
3. Cups Bread or / AP flour
1. Cup coconut milk
1/4. Melted butter
1. Egg
1/2.tsp salt
2. tbsp brown sugar
1/2. tbsp dry yeast
1. tsp granulated sugar
1.stick melted butter to bush on
Method:
Mix coconut milk, brown sugar & yeast then let rest in a warm place to activate. For about 5-10 minutes
Add flour, granulated sugar & salt in a bowl & mix together.
After the yeast is finished activating add it to the flour along with the egg & melted butter, then mix for 9-10 minutes on medium speed.
Add a little oil to a bowl, then take the mix dough from mixer, make into a ball cover & let proof for 45 minutes in a warm place.
After 45 minutes take out your dough make sure to punch down to release air bubbles, then cut & shape into round balls
Now go ahead using a rolling pin to shape your dough into flat round circular pieces, brush with melted butter & fold , add to a baking sheet then brush once again with some of that butter. Proof one final time for a next 15-20 minutes
Then bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ok but they was no where on there i told you it was original, hey and to each his own you don’t like something in your food don’t mean I don’t like it in mine my taste is way different from yours, also none of my clients have never complained about almond in my cake as yet…. I also think the people that you say is getting into problems for putting it into their food can’t cook then, because if they kno anything about almond extract is that it is very powerful, so my advice to you is if you use it don’t put a lot, and also tell the people you know not to use it if they can’t cook.
