Hello, whenever I connect a monitor or cell phone to the spacedesk, the primary monitor disconnects and on the 2nd monitor I can't open anything, I only see the home screen, what should I do?

I know this is and old Video but on windows 11 i turned off Audio enhancement in sound settings. right click the speaker icon on the taskbar and go in to sound settings, select the audio device you are using and turn that off. audio working as normal. Hope that works

The way I fixed mine is on the main viewer app at the top if you hover over the top of the window a green pop up will appear with some settings and you can press the audio button it will turn blue and that fixes it....why it's disabled by default is strange.
