Wow … this brings back so many great memories. I purchased my first Porsche while living in Indianapolis … a 1999 Forest Green Metalic Boxster. Found the car in Chicago but had it serviced at Tom Wood for 7 years before moving back to Canada. Jeremy Rodecap was the best. Cheers Jeremy … thought you’d like to know I’m still driving that Boxster!! All the best from John in Montreal!!

Beautiful but I’ll never understand why someone would want a touring over the standard one with the iconic wing that makes it LOOK like a gt3. Why would anyone want to hide it!??
Because it’s just as capable but smoother lines. Big wings are functional on track but there is nothing iconic about them. 500hp in a subtle package.
kind of in the name a touring variant of an already sporty car giving it a bit more luxury over performance.
Because it looks ridiculous for a fifty year old guy to drive around with a 17 year old's giant Pep Boys wing. Sometimes you just want to enjoy the car without looking like an idiot.
anyone who knows what it is already knows without the wing. the wing is a little too "hey, look at me" for many of us.
