Jamaican Uncle is on a positive path. He's self-motivated and very much aware of the environment. He promotes to be kind and respectful to others as you'd like them to be to you. They eat the leaves of the cow peas but 🇯🇲 eat the pea. It's very nice in soup and stew. You can learn from other people. In Jamaica, they do not eat the pumpkin leaves, cassava leaves.... Now, we learn they eat the young soft leaves of both cook like Callaloo. Every herb is on the earth for purposes for the people.

32:43 In the islands vegetables are known by different names in Trinidad that vegetable is known as Baagi,we cook it with coconut milk, Calaloo is the stems and leaves of the dasheen or arrowroot plant we make a soup with it adding ochroes coconut milk and other green seasoning some people even add Crabs to that soup it's a Sunday special.
