    This is the first time I listen to affirmations to support healing childhood trauma. I can’t put to words how impactful your words were for me today. Truly. I feel seen and I feel heard.     I'm knot the same person when I was 15teen yo to 18teen I letting go I loved him fur 59 years letting go of the pain the heart my heart suffered threw this I'm letting go of all fear that my inner child does knot feel safe I'm open my heart to let love come in once and for all the day forward Kim
