Can you please make more of this video. Will you make " The Beatitudes "
Thanks for the suggestion. I've got a few videos recorded with other verses, but I've added the Beatitudes to my list. Which Gospel do you prefer?
Holah, como estas?
Muy bien, aquí, haciendo vídeos para mis alumnos 💃🏻
So awesome! Thank you!
You're welcome. You might like this Bible in English-Spanish playlist: ua-cam.com/video/ENBk05Uxa3o/v-deo.html
You have a GREAT concept, and this is a good introduction video on how to use the rest of the videos. Seeing the English that corresponds with the Spanish is immensely valuable. Your English explanations should be less frequent and shorter in duration. Watching a video like this is much easier than having 2 screens open on your computer and going back and forth between an audio bible and the written word. I commend you for your efforts.
Hi, thanks so much for your kind comment, and your feedback. I'm now creating a Gospel of John course in English-Spanish with videos similar to this, but shorter (about 5 mins each). If you're interested in it, here's the link: kerapido.com/bible/
Muchas gracias Maria! Buenas leccion!
Let me know if there are other verbs you'd like to practise.
Hello Maria! Thank you for the new video!
Let me know if there are other verbs you'd like to practise.
@@spanishwithmaria is there an easy formula to say verbs in past, present and future tense? Thank you so much!
Micah, the regular verbs follow patterns that help you conjugate them once you know the pattern. But irregular verbs are more complex. Having said that, many irregular verbs follow what you can also call a pattern.
@@spanishwithmaria okay, thank you so much Maria. Have a blessed day today! 🙏
Muchas gracias!
You're welcome. I've got more speaking practice videos coming!
thanks a lot highly useful.
i love this the way how you did in this video. learning spanish in a way of getting to learn the Word of God. please make more of this video !!!!
Hi, thanks for your kind words. A couple of days ago I recorded a new video similar to this one. I'll publish very soon. I'm also putting together a Spanish course with The Gospel of John - El Evangelio según san Juan: kerapido.com/bible/

Bill, you may want to have a look at my course: kerapido.com/spanish-for-beginners-course/. It has videos and interactive audio, with dozens of short speaking practice drills.
Do you focus on Castilian Spanish or Mexican Spanish? And do you have a tip for speaking words that start with the letter R? I can roll my R’s when they are in the middle of a word but at the beginning…. Yikes! Lol
I focus on Castilian Spanish. For the rolled R, I've got this video: ua-cam.com/video/dTZdp4we0IA/v-deo.html And in my Spanish course you can practise the R a lot more: kerapido.com/spanish-for-beginners-course/
Gracias !😊
Thanks for watching. I truly appreciate it.
Very good😊
I'm glad I can help you learn Spanish. Let me know if there's a topic you're particularly interested in!
Thank you
Thank you so much for such wonderful videos. I'm looking forward to your book release. Can you tell me what version of the Bible do you use for the videos ?
For the English text I use KJV, and for the Spanish text I use my own translation of KJV. I've done my own translation from scratch (no AI) to get as close as possible to the English text, and thus help you learn Spanish faster.
Finally someone who can teach. Yes Spanish sound like one big word!
Hi, you've made my day! When I was learning English, I often felt that words went on forever. I couldn't hear the gaps. When I started teaching Spanish, I realised my students were having the same problems I'd had with English. Ever since, I've included in my lessons all the tips I wish someone had given me back then.
I am blessed that this lesson is offered in Spanish. It was difficult to repeat what you said but I am very happy that this video is offered. I love Dios and want to minister to many people
Lee, thanks for the feedback. The secret to fast learning is to focus on one verse at a time. Say it out loud several times. The first few times will be really hard, but you'll soon get better. If you find a word particularly difficult to say, practise it on its own. Then say the whole sentence. Every bit of speaking practice is going to help you get there!
Big thanks for making such a valuable content. Muchas Gracias. Subscribed.
Hola, thanks for watching. Let me know if there's an issue or topic you'd like me to cover. I'm here to help you!
@@spanishwithmaria muchas gracias ma'am, I'll surely ask you soon... God bless you.
Have just started to learn Spanish. Have been looking on UA-cam and generally on line to find a course that will help me achieve competence. There isn't a teacher close to where I live so will have to use on line services. I think looking at the courses contents and Maria's presentation I have found what I am looking for. If Maria is a Spanish native speaker and I believe she is then her English is fluent. I look forward to learning with her and using her other Spanish channels. Thank you Maria.
Hi, thanks for your kind words. I am indeed a native Spanish speaker. If you have any questions about the videos I've posted here, or about any of the courses on my website, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help you.
@@spanishwithmaria Hola Maria, looking forward to using your lessons and I hope to subscribe to other lessons to help me. Have been learning French for a couple of years on my own and despite being a Romance language it's really different, unlike Italian. But the process of learning will help the study of Spanish-I hope!! Thanks again.
Hola, you're very right. French and Spanish are quite similar in some ways, but very different in others. Italian is a lot closer in terms of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. In my experience as a life-long language learner, learning how to learn languages will allow you to master a new language in a fraction of the time. "Learning how to learn" is one of my favourite topics of research. If you want some tips, or if you have tips to share, please do so. I'll be more than happy to create videos on how to learn Spanish faster.
