Latest layout update of my Tri-Scale Tri-Level Toy Train Layout. Wanting to run my trains and not really having space for 3 separate layouts I decided to stack them and attempt to integrate them in a dramatic cliff side landscape. Using forced perspective when seen from the lowest level the smaller scale trains look far away. This freelance 3 level model railroad incorporates three loops of track, 1 each for G Scale(well…the Lionel Ready to Play gauge), O scale, and HO scale. It is a work in progress with much scenery yet to be painted, and made from recycled and salvaged materials. It is inspired by postwar Lionel postwar/MPC toy train, Plasticville and Tyco layouts…that is to say more toy like and less realistic.
