    I myself used to just tell them to talk to management, and just forward the calls to my local police department. They asked me to please stop doing that, so I just tell the caller to call me there directly, and give them my main PD phone number, non emergency. I stopped getting those calls after I purchased a better phone dialer than my phone came with. If the number isn't in my list, my phone won't even ring. It goes strait to a "This number no longer in service" message.

    Y'all are cracked for calling dude out for jumping someone. What you guys fail to understand is that it wasn't a fight, it was a hard lesson learned to that bully. Like the father said in the video, the kid was too young for the consequences so the dad was the next best. Y'all need to learn the difference between a fight and wanting someone hurt 🤷 y'all wasn't raised right

    If I had a convo with the parent and the parent did nothing to prevent the bullying, I would’ve been 20 yrs ago. But now as an adult, I’d take it to the superintendent. Go ABOVE the principal. To go straight to jumping the parent is immature and teaches YOUR child a horrible lesson

    He did everything right before this and his people most likely wanted to do it. That bully was doing it because the kid could not physically stand up to them. So the father got put into a situation that he could not defend because he didnt deal with it when asked. And im not teaching my child to run by moving schools gtfoh.

    Lol what she saying CAN make sense. Niggas don’t like taking L’s. It just takes one time for ole dude to be like picking his son up and the school not to be on point and now your kid is kidnapped cause you wanna jump somebody’s father due to the your kid being bullied. Its a consequence for every action. Yall don’t know why the damn kid bullying another kid. Kids got more sense and understanding than these stubborn ass prideful adults. Jumping shouldn’t have been the answer cause now i could’ve just potentially put my child in more danger 🤷🏽‍♂️ but to each his own. Hopefully everybody did they homework before making that move

    Okay fine, I'll mansplain this: >kid gets bullied. time for problem solving >attempt to have kid stand up to bully >if above succeeds, stop. otherwise, proceed to next step >next step: get school involved >school's aren't exactly known to stop bullies, but try anyway >if by some miracle it stops, no need to continue. if not, proceed to next step >next step: confront parents, dad in particular (if he's in the picture) >parent to parent, explain what's going on >usually this is where it ends if step 1 failed >if you have to come back or if parent refuses, the need for escalation arises. following steps depend on parental status. >if father is present, speak man to man. assert that if he does nothing about it, you will make him do something about it. back up your threat. >pray he backs down. otherwise, prepare to engage. all other options have been spent and your child's safety is more important than civility. >repeat as necessary >if no father is present, *do not engage.* leave, expressing disappointment that she is not capable of proper parenting. >teach kid how to fight, and only in defense. >if you do your job correctly, your kid wins a fight and you'll get a call from the school. >remind school that they had a chance to stop this, but refused to. >inform the school that there will be no disciplinary action, and that you'll even consider rewarding this behavior, which will end once the school enforces disciplinary action against their bully. This woman is wrong in that violence becomes necessary only when all other options are expended, and the reason for doing so is noble. This is correct in that you should be taking your kids out of the schools.

    • @loomick
      @loomick 7 місяців тому

      This is correct. Attacking the dad outright is bad parenting. Not encouraging your child to stand up for themselves is bad parenting. Not standing up for your kid is bad parenting.
