I’m Pam, a Minnesota home cook and recent empty nester. For me, the home kitchen remains a center of creativity, conversations, laughter and connections. So, I’m passionate about discovering recipes for two that are approachable, don’t require loads of effort, and, most importantly taste incredible.

I’ve created my own recipes through trial and error, striving to attain the important family declaration: “This one is a keeper!”
